I booked a flight for family of 6 on an international flight with connection. DFW to LAX to ICN (Seoul) and return flight ICN to SEA to DFW. Two weeks after we purchase and get confirmation of the flight, Alaska Airlines doesn't have the connecting flight SEA to DFW available that I originally purchased so we were rescheduled to an earlier flight with 9 minutes to catch the connecting flight. Because this is an international flight we have to claim our bags, go through customs and get on the connecting flight in 9 minutes which is not impossible. Asiana airlines said it wasn't the customers fault that Alaska airlines is not operating the original purchased flight so it should be changed to another available flight without penalty or fees. Justfly.com the online site where the ticket was purchased is trying to collect fee for the change. He originally said $300 for fare difference and fees, then $185 and now wants $75 per ticket for the change. This company is a thief... trying to collect "fees" for something that's not our fault.
Desired outcome: The return flight should be changed to later time to accommodate the connection without any penalty or fees that Justfly.com is trying to charge because it wasn't our fault that the original connecting flight is no longer in service.
