I was in a CHAT session for over an hour yesterday because I could not get any representative on the phone. During the chat inquiring out why my seats had not been booked the agent on the other end stated " your booking as been canceled". I stated emphatically that I had not intitaed the cancelation and had no notice. I just kept getting email about trying to book by seats.
Of course, this conversation when no where and I then spent the better part of the afternoon finding flights to book in Business which I did with American Express. I have been waiting in a chat for over 45 minutes again today insisting on refund all my monies. When I look at my bookings, it is still showing as booked. I have not received a refunds to my AMEX, but HAVE been charge over $9000.
I insisted in my CHAT that I want a full refund, but non one ever acknowledged my presence.
I initiated the refund, but am still owed $1937 for the difference that was not refunded and the $400 that was charged by JustFly for a total of $2337
Desired outcome: Refund of $2337 back to my AMEX on file. I can send a pdf of the CHAT conversation
