I've been trying to talk to their customer service manager Rikky Rizaldi or Farah the Team Lead, but it seems like they're always unavailable. I keep getting the same reply every time I ask about my refund, and the same email response when I try to email them. It's really frustrating and I feel like they don't care about their customers at all. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever use Nusatrip again.

The new ticket they issued also didn't show that the plane would transit in Canada. They said it was because it was a stopover, and it didn't appear on the ticket. I found them unhelpful, and when I asked them to reroute or refund my money, they said that if I wanted a refund, I would only get 11 million back out of the total 20 million that I paid. They also said I should do it right away because it could change anytime. I was very disappointed with their response, and I regretted using their services.
