I moved to a new condo near the 6415 S Fort Apache Rd Ste 110 Las Vegas, NV 89148 Pizza Hut location, and about a month prior to ordering a pasta pan for my family and I we had a mishap: Upon arrival to our home I noted our specific instructions regarding the order were not executed accurately. I asked the operator who took my order to make sure I had one of each pasta, a marinara, and an Alfredo dish. I usually don't order pasta from Pizza hut, we usually only order pizzas, but that night we were in a rush with the kids and there was no time for a hearty dinner at home so I thought I would try something new. At the time we were not able to come back to the store for a redo, so the representative informed me they would put a credit on the account for the next time I wanted to order from the store, and the representative stated I would only need to provide a telephone number.
Update: I called the pizza hut store again after failing online to send in my complaint, I asked him why he hung up on me even though I did not curse, yell or be rude to him, he said he muted the phone and didnt hang up. After further questioning, I was told to [censor] myself, and he did indeed hang up on me before, and he would hang up on me again, and proceeded to hang up on me a second time.

Me and my son ordered the special two topping pizza for 7.99 with pepperoni and sausage. When we arrived at Pizza Hut in Conyers Ga off of Sigman Road and the the employee that was in the front showed me the pizza. It was burnt! I asked her to make the pizza again and they did. But again something was wrong with it. The pizza looked good, so we took it home. But the sausage on top of the pizza was hard like we were eating bacon. I will never return back again. Poor customer service . And my pizza wasn't good at all.
If you return the pizza to the store of purchase along with your receipt it is likely they will offer you a replacement or refund. Since they remade the pizza once already, it sounds like they were trying to provide you with a satisfactory product.

arrive at 2:15 pm so i waited thinking they were just running late i called Pizza Hut and spoke with some one who told me they did not see me on the screen so the pizza should be out on delivery then I thought ok my pizza should be here soon... i waited ... no pizza... I called back at 2:50pm and they said they tried to call me twice and left me two messages ... this statement was not true i told her let me talk to a manager and when i spoke to him he would not take responsibility so i said i was very upset i had out of town company we were all hungry and i have to say this was the second time this has happened not good... manager is unperfessional i feel cheated of my time...

I made an order and was tracking the order. I received a text when my order was in its way, I waited 15 minutes then called the store he said she should be here any minute so I waited 20 and called again that time he made it 50% off. I was already 30 minutes late for a Halloween party my kids and I were going to. Them finally my pizza got here and my mode tells sticks were squished.
It was generous for them to offer 50% off due to the inconvenience. If you're looking for a replacement or full refund, you would most likely need to bring the pizza and receipt back to the store of purchase.

On the date of 10/27/2017, I call Pizza Hut at this number [protected], this location is on Greenville, Blvd @ 9 pm and spoke with the night manager Mark. I explained to him how I had a letter from the Pizza Hut Customer Service P.O. Box 1548, Joplin, MO 64802, giving me 2 coupons for free pizzas. He said if I had come in that night I could get my free stuff and he just made me feel so welcoming and just happy over the phone. I swear Mark was so kind and so considerating that I actually thought he was a robot. He had the best customer services and I believe all employees should be like that. I told Mark that I was coming on the next day to get my free pizza from his store. He told me if I have any problems with getting my free stuff to let him know.
Well, I am letting you know about my experience on the date of 10/28/2017 @12 pm. First, I called in to see if they were open and they were. When I arrived at this store, she looked mad, and she did not even look up at me to greet me either. The vibes she was throwing off with her looks like she was mad about making pizzas with no help. I can tell she was making all the orders from phone orders and from customers coming in. She never smiled at anyone and seemed very unfriendly. She gave off an altitude instead. She brought the pizza to the front after 25 minutes. I understand when you have no other help to help you complete orders, but the altitude was uncaused for. She then asked me did I want other condiments like the cheese or red peppers to go and I didn't want it. She didn't even care to open up the box to show the pizza, she just passed it along and that was that with an altitude. This female was so rude with her actions that I have decided to not use the other free coupon. I don't want your free food or another thing else for your stores in Greenville, NC because for one I get better customer services on the phone opposed to going in the store. This store was unclean, the floors were dirty and filthy. You can see the dirt stuck on the floor as you sit there waiting on your pizza. The day manager, the female there, she was so unhappy and did not show any customer services at all. Very rude and very unfriendly to me and to the other female customer that came in with her child. I don't think she even noticed her altitude at all or maybe she did because she did go outside to continue on the wait for her pizza. My opinion, Pizza Hut will go down because of the customer services by your managers like this one on this shift, I had a very bad experience at this store waiting on my pizza. Nobody wants to walk into a restaurant and feel the vibes of tension and be treated with no welcoming because of their altitudes. This female manager had one. Not knowing I could have been a secret shopper and just watching to see how this manager treats their customers. I feel people that work in a restaurant should always make the customer feel wanted, so they can come back. My daughter ordered pizza while I was at the grocery store. The delivery guy quoted her a higher price than what was on the receipt. When he was leaving after being paid he peeled out squalling his car's tires in front of my house. My daughter was frightened and called me. I rushed home. Then the pizza wasn't even hot, it was room temperature. I called Pizza Hut and they wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager. They finally let me speak to a guy named Alfred who identified himself as the shift manager.
What did the manager say? Did you bring the pizza to the store with the receipt for a refund or replacement?

When I try placing an order online, it tells me undeliverable address. Yet when I call the store I am told otherwise. I cannot get online deals or specials without a hassle or my order being incorrect. Please help me resolve this delivery address issue. I placed an order under ticket #0122 at store #022147 @7:49pm. I was told up to a 90 minute window for delivery. I picked up instead. I was not shown my order in store and my crust was the wrong choice-thin instead of hand tossed on all three pizzas. That issue was addressed but was told I would have to contact "corporate" for resolution with online ordering. Please help

10/27/2017... I placed an order for delivery at 7:04 pm at the Claiborne store. The young lady who took my order was rude and rushed me with my order. It is now 8:35 pm and my family and i are still waiting for dinner. I called the store at 8:30 and was told my order was just leaving the store. This is unacceptable. I will Never patronize pizza hut again. I will go to Dominoes from now on

I ordered a pizza around 9pm and at 10pm I go to look at my phone on silent and I had a missed call and text about 10mins old from the delivery driver saying he was outside. But I NEVER heard a knock. Like I'm not your friend who you can just text "I'm here" to, get out of your car and bang on my door please. Got 2 large pizzas and a side of breadsticks that I should be indulging in right now. This is the Pizza Hut on Carrier Pkwy in Grand Prairie, TX.

burnt pizzas, poor customer service
I ordered 8 pizza's online for pick up at the Bowie Maryland(Pointer Ridge) location for my daughter's birthday party. When I arrived, the gentleman told me that the pizza's were being cut. I waited about 7 minutes and asked him were they ready and he turned and said "I didn't talk to you". I reminded him that I was waiting for the pizza's that he told me were being cut. He said oh their are over here. The pizza's were sitting on the side the entire time. He handed me the stack of pizza's and I headed out the door. When I arrived to the party which was 5 minutes away from the pizza hut, I opened the the boxes to serve the children and to my surprise the pizza's were burnt and looked horrible! I served what was edible and the rest went into the trash. I managed to save two whole pizza's. It was approximately 40 people at the party. I contacted the store to inform them of my experience and I was told to call back when the manager was there. I went to the store the next day and was treated poorly by the manager. He was not at the store but his staff contacted him at least three times to get instructions on how to compensate me. The manager refused to speak with me and advised them to give me $16 for the two pizza's I brought back. I will not order from this store again!
Unfortunately they typically can only refund you for the product you return. If it's any consolation I have seen a lot worse in terms of burnt pizzas.

On 10/25/2017 I went online to order a pizza and wings. The pizza was so overcooked or it had been sitting for a while and was not hot .I will not be ordering from pizza hut again.This is not acceptable a manager needs to make sure customers food is edible. This is probably why they don't give you the information on the receipt so you won't be able to take the survey at the bottom.

I ordered a very simple pizza, the veggie pizza with no cheese as I am vegan and so is my family and I dont make much money but wanted to treat my family and I chose yall what I got was a pizza with little sauce and only peppers, onions and olives and the price was 18.99 nah why can I get a greasy 3 meat pizza with cheese for 13 bucks but for a simple plain pizza with 3 veggies and no cheese its 18.99 im very disappointed and me and my family wont ever go to pizza hut again

On October 20 (Friday evening) at 8:05 p.m. I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut store # [protected] E. Ovila Road in Red Oak, Texas, 75154 for pick-up. When I returned home my wife & I were dissatisfied with the pizza. We ordered a hand-toss pizza with pepperoni, It sausage, green peppers and diced tomatoes. The pizza was flat, it didn't taste like the hand-toss pizza's we generally get from Pizza Hut. Ironically, we had a similar experience at the same store approximately a month ago. That time, I returned and the Manager (a mature man) on duty apologized and explained that sometimes the dough doesn't rise properly and as such, he would provide a credit for the amount spent rather than risk another pizza made from the same dough.
This time however, after taking the time to return to the store with the pizza with only two slices eaten I was greeted by a manager Sarah. I explained that we were unhappy with the pizza and that it was closer to a thin pizza than a hand toss. Sarah looked at the pizza, said that it was in fact a hand toss pizza and stated that her people "did nothing wrong". I explained that we purchase from that store on a regular basis and we know what a hand toss Pizza Hut pizza looks and tastes like, and this one did not meet the Pizza Hut standards. She interrupted me several times as I was attempting to explain that we were completely dissatisfied and simply wanted a credit for future use. She refused. I asked her, all the while being over-talked by her, if she thought that she was providing good customer service and was it worth frustrating a loyal customer for a ten-dollar pizza? She refused to bulge. There were several employees sitting around talking and listening to this exchange. I feel that she set an incredibly poor example of management and in no way personified the level of professionalism that my wife and I are accustomed to receiving from Pizza Hut in general. I feel that this young person should be trained properly in the values of quality customer service and be required to apologize for her lack thereof. She had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to take the cold pizza home with me that I had explained that I was dissatisfied with. It added insult to injury.
Please explain what corrective measures will be taken regarding this matter?

This pizza hut SUCKS! I ordered my food for delivery at 8:30pm...I waited till 10 cause I understand the place gets busy sometimes. I called and I was very nice on the phone and in person. I don't appreciate the lying and stealing. First I gave the delivery driver $25 even though my order was 2 and half hours LATE! And on top of that I only got my bread sticks no pizza said it was in another bag by accident. Ok I was told another pizza was in the oven and I would be getting it soon...well guess what it never came...I paid $25 for cold bread sticks and sorry service. They never called or anything and I paid $25 in cash so the delivery driver stole my money on top of EVERYTHING!

I ordered a pizza. They said it would take 20-30 mins online and in email. Called an hour later to ask about order and was told it would be about an hour and a half. Employee was very short with me and quite rude. I believe I was hung up on but when I called about an hour and a half later w boyfriend I was told my order was canceled due to me hanging up the phone on the employee which I did not do. At this point it had been three hours since I placed my order. Pizza hut was the only thing I was able to get for food that night with an E-gift card I had. I did not get my pizza and decided to go to bed w out food. I called the next morning to ask for a refund and was told to wait 3-5 business days. Frankly I shouldn't have to wait 3-5 business days. I paid almost $20 and I cannot afford to just lose it. I hope to hear back soon and thank you for your time and consideration.

I paid with 2 twenties and my order was 21.39 and the cashier gave me back $3. 40. I looked down and realized it was not right. I told her I gave her two twenties. She began to get ugly an argue with me so I called for someone else to come up there bc I didn't want to speak to her anymore. The lady counted down drawer. She said it was over by $2. M sum cents. I asked her to pull the tape. She told me she couldn't and refused to give me a number to call and file a complaint. I left angry and called and haven't been able to speak to anyone about the situation except the same lady from yesterday. My food was burnt when I made it home and o so furious. Will not ever return again.
