general manager chooses favorites.
I am an employee and have worked for the company for about 1 year in the same store... the general manager (Natosha) hired her brother(Kristopher) back and as I was deckscrubbing the dining room during down time. He came in and purposefully rubbed his dirty shoes on my clean floor, Natosha happend to be standing there when I asked him politely to not do that, all Natosha could do was laugh at my situation. About 5 minutes later I'm still scrubbing and Kristopher comes back and does it again. At this point I took a more assertive tone with him and told him to stop, his response was as follows "I almost slipped that time, so [censored] off.. Natosha happend yo be sitting in a booth at this time and saw this happen to me a second time, with out any interference. I'm summary my general manager, Natosha, allows her brother, Kristoper, to sit and bully other employees. Allowing him to speak in I'll manners around customers, and employees. Along with bullying, and sabotaging our work day and our general duties..

It is my 2nd kid birthday, he is one of your biggest fans, so he asked me to go to pizza hut for his birthday.
I went to Jabriya- KUWAIT branch asking for ( your 60 year promotion) it is: take 1 large pizza and free medium + free small, they told me it is only for takeaway. I left and went to Pizza Hut at city center mall in salmiya - KUWAIT they told me the same.
so, I ordered it and take it home, but my kid is so depressed.

Driver speeding thru my neighborhood.
When I asked him to please slow down he proceeded to argue with me stating that he had a 5 mile per leeway.
I explained to him that limit doesn't mean you can go faster. I am concerned that this action will result in someone being hurt.
All he h ad to do was say, Im sorry I will be more careful, or I will slow down. Something more than trying to justify why he was speeding.
He was behind me and beat me to the house across the street from me then tried to say he wasn't going fast. If you can explain this too me... please do I will be waiting, until then maybe have your driver's go thru some sort of traffic training

I was given old, stale desert. Both pizzas we're wrong, (allergic reaction) as a result. Pizza was subpar and the manager was an [censored], ignorant and avoided answering my calls. Was hung up on and I paid 55.00 for this crap. I was told I'd get a full refund but that's it, and now Pizza hut say they have no record now so no refund. What a bunch of jerks.

I ordered my family's dinner online with the delivery time of 8:00pm. I rung the store at 8:05pm asking where my order was and was advised it's on its way and the operator attempted to end the call when I asked how far it was going to be. My order arrived at 8:18pm, I am unhappy that it was not only late but the site ensures that I enter in my phone number and email address before proceeding with the order. I was not contacted at all to advise my order was late and received no apology or reason for it!
WOW. It's 18 minutes. Get over it and move on with your life.

Cheesy bites have no cheese and hey are all hollow, on tv, they show cheesy bites with all this cheese just flowing out of the bites, when I pulled one off, nothing came put, they are all dry, no cheese whatsoever, I am a us veteran, I deserve better treatment than this, if you don't do something about this I'll go to corporate, and sue you for false advertising, this is absurd, .if your going to advertise something on tv, shouldn't it look like that when you order it, yes I believe it should, my money is not worth the so called cheesy pizza I ordered, I should at least get my money back and the pizza hut on Pershing and March lane in Stockton should be dealt with accordingly, thank you, P.L.Engelhardt Veteran U.S.N.

I called to order pizza the girl was very disrespectful cussing at me. She told me to go [censored] my self and order from some where else . I called back to talk to the manager and she didnt have much more to say. She couldn't provide me any info about a corporate number or the name of the employee her name is Brittany she said she was the store manager . I cant believe that I was talked to that way.
I ordered the purchase $20-$25 or more online, it took so long to get a confirmation, I had to call.
I used a promo for $10 off a purchase of $25 or more online using two payment methods. Since I didn't get a confirmation of my order being received, I called. They ran out of what I wanted so I was forced to cancel; which I would have had to reorder the next day. They had $9 from one card on hold, $5+ from another card on hold so I just didn't get anything that night. So while I'm still waiting on my refund, I recorded the same thing the next day, $10.00 off one card and I paid $4.97 in cash. They took the $10.00 from my card ending in 6178 and the cash one my order arrived but my two personal Pan's were cold and the went back a two days later and took $14.97 from my card ending in 6178; which put me in the red. I have no idea why they debited $14.97 because I only submitted that $9.00 for the first order. Then my my daughter ordered $25 worth of food, that showed a delivery time of 8:15 pm and didn't receive it until 10:45. Even when she called to tell the superior, that person of aauthority very rude, had her on the phone saying "hello" and you could clearly hear that superior talking to another customer, very rudely. Telling her "ma'am do you know how much food you just ordered? Yes, it's gonna take a while" and her food was very cold, and it's on the kitchen barely eaten. If you aren't prepared to handle a heay load then that's not your profession. I even had a young man to try and change his voice and pretend he was the superior until I said that I was coming up there. That store here in Bartlett tn, on Macon Rd, 38134 is the worst place to carry your business and I have all of the receipts and account information.

We went and ordered a large supreme pizza at the Lakeville pizza hut in Minnesota, we ate about half the pizza until we noticed it wasn't fully cooked, the dough was still gooey, I've ate there many times before and this never has happed, I'd appreciate some type of resolution, someone can email me at [protected]@yahoo.com, like I said never had this problem before and whoever the cook must have been to busy talking to the people in the lobby

I ordered a pizza from Fair Lawn on Broadway. It was extremely salty. I asked for the mgr. GREG O. and he coldly told me "that's the way our pizzas are. If you want something different, order from another place." I couldn't believe it. He was so rude and uncaring. I know I am only one person, but I had an issue in the past and gave them another chance. I asked him if he cared I would speak to corporate and he confidently said "NO." DOMINOES us on the next block. Needless to say, I won't be ordering again. To be so cold and callous from a manager is reprehensible. Shame one you having people like this representing you. So sad.

The first thing I asked the employee that took my call was what was the special for the day.
He proceeded to tell me a large pizza with 3 toppings and chicken wings I cannot remember the except number chicken wings that the special provided. I double check if there was any other special he responded that that was the only a special that they had.
I told him that was fine but that I also wanted the cheesy Bite Pizza I'm not sure exactly what the name is product particular one that he understood what I meant. I told him what I wanted in regards to toppings for the pizza that came with the special. He told me that the second pizza only had one topping which was fine just wanted to try it.
You read back my order in regards to the pizzas we're concerned. I thought it was a strange that he didn't ask me about the chicken wings in regards to how spicy or what kind would I want. It was late I it Escape my mind to ask him.
My total was $41.18 between the food and delivery charges not counting the tip.
I received my delivery, soon after I realized I how to only receive the two pizzas with no chicken wings.
I called back and asked what had happened he was not particularly Pleasant or polite, he's claimed was that because when he read back my order he had only mentioned the teeth us there for my order was only the two pizzas that I have received. He was very rude and was annoyed that I was bothering him with my questioning. I told him that was fine I will follow up with a bad review and we'll figure it out myself.
He hung up on me.
You told me if I was charged for what I was told from the start or just two pizzas should cost me 40 something dollars. Or was this person that represents your company. Given a bait and switch to your customers period and charging them for incomplete orders. I am a very loyal customer over yours I did not go with any of the pizza brand other than yours but I am very in fleas with this treatment and unfair behavior in your companies part. Or someone that is representing your brand, please do look into this because I'm sure I'm not the only one that had been taken advantage and pretty much overcharge or stolen from because that is the way I see when I am over charged for something that I did not receive.

I had an online order of multiple items. I spent $41 plus I am a regular costumer. My pizza came and was completely burnt and 45 minutes later then estimated delivery time. I called the location and I was told they had a couple people call about pizza being burnt and they have 3 more deliveries and couldn't replace my pizza. I am very upset I buy pizza once to twice a week and to receive it burnt and can't not get it replace is very unprofessional. I also uploaded two photos.

August 7, 2018 around 6pm, Pizza Hut in Sun City, AZ, 10050 W Bell Rd, charged us $35.00+ for one medium hand tossed Supreme pizza and 12 count Wings/bone in. My husband was so flabbergasted, he paid the bill and brought the food home. I, too, was shocked by the amount. Checking the PH Menu prices, one medium hand tossed Supreme pizza costs $11.99 and I could not find a price for the 12 piece bone-in chicken wings; but 16 pieces (which we did not order or receive) costs $10.99. The bill should not have bee over $24.00. My husband was so upset when I asked for the receipt; he didn't remember getting one. It will be a cold day in HELL before we ever go to any Pizza Hut.

Usually this place is on point. But we're usually the only ones there. Tonight there were about 6 tables. They took forever to initially get to us. When the server did, she took our whole order. We had waited about 25 minutes and then she told us it would be a 6 minute wait on the pizza for the dough to thaw out. About 10 minutes later, she brought our food out all at once. The boneless wings were cold. The breadsticks were cold. The marinara was warmer than the breadsticks themselves. I had to saw through the pizza with my butter knife.

On 08/03/2018 I ordered a pizza and 2 liter coke from the pizza hutt. The driver passed my home at a high rate of speed with two hub caps missing in a gray four door car. I called the store to complain and was informed the pizza was on it's way. The store is about 6 football fields away from my home and when it arrived it was cold and it was the same car minus the pizza hust light on top. The driver informed me that she had not been down my street and had her phone out to tape record our conversation. I did not mind as I was polite informed her I would send in a complaint and that I was displeased with their service. I was informed that she did not have a light on her car and it must be a coincidence that the car I saw had the similar missing hub caps and was gray.
I think that it will be a great add for your competion that pizza hutt can't deliver a pizza the length of six football fields and can not keep it at least hot but certinaly not cold.

On 8/5/18 I ordered Large Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Lovers Pizza from the new store in Locust, NC, paying $2.00 extra. When I got Home and the kids started eating and when they got to the crust there was no cheese in it. I was going to let it go as I believe complaining directly to the store would mean never going back due to the specter of revenge for complaining. So I am voicing my complaint now because I have decided that even though I believe Pizza Hut to be superior to all other chains, I will never set foot in this store again. I am so disappoint after waiting with eager anticipation for this store to open. The only other option in this rural town is Dominos and I'd rather buy frozen than go back there. I was so looking forward to my first stuffed crust pizza. Since I ordered online there should no ambiguity as to what I ordered. As for my desirable resolution, keep the $2 and train your people how to read an order.

The Franklin Park Illinois store on Mannheim Road is recently opening. However, I called once they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, I hung up and called again. No one ever came to the phone I finally hung up at the end of the minute six. I don't believe this. I feel like I need to let everyone else I know that with all of the pizza places in town this one will not see any service?

I order $40 worth of food from Selmer TN location last night. I ordered the big dinner box with wings, I received my pizza with no wings and was told I received store credit but was never asked what I would like in return. I proceeded to open the box and find that my pizza looked like it had been bitten off of. I called the store and was told the manager on the shift was busy and that she would call me back. I called back an hour later and then was told that I needed to come in Tuesday morning and let another manager handle it because there was nothing they could do about it. I'm highly upset with the service and the food! I stopped ordering from there 5 months ago and decided that maybe they had gotten better but I was proved wrong once again.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review of a bad customer experience I have had(this being the worst). However, after my experience with the Rainbow Blvd Pizza Hut I had to say something.
Yesterday, I placed an order for a pizza, wings, fries, and a diet Pepsi. The order arrived on time but upon arrival, the driver explained to me he brought regular Pepsi which was fine (it was already silly to order diet Pepsi with this particular order.) Then after the driver left, I found there were no fries in the order, so I called to explain the situation.
I didn't get a hold of the store but instead, I got a hold of a call center that was very friendly and helpful. I explained about the missing fries and wrong soda since I figured if they already had to come back, I might as well exchange the soda.I was then offered some free cheese sticks which was great.
Time went by and no one showed up, I called the store again and this time get a hold of the Rainbow store. I was told the fries were on their way but there was confusion about the diet soda, as the manager and the driver was only bringing the fries. I said okay and planned on telling the driver to just give me the fries and call it a day. Then more time passed by and no one showed up so I call the store again and got the call center. The call center told me that the store refused the remake and that I needed to contact the store.
So... I did and after getting a hold of the store I ask on the state of my order. I was then yelled at by the manager and told that the driver came and give me my fries and I refused to give back my soda. This is not what happened, no one ever showed up and the manager would not hear any of this though, she just yelled at me and hung up. I should not I very claim when talking to her (the manager).
I then called another store to get the corporate number. I think I just got another call center and they were very polite and professional. The guy I talked to was familiar with my case and had talked to the angry store manager who was the opposite of him, very professional. He helped me out and then thanked me for being claim during our conversation.
This is my first time writing a review complaining about an order/service I have received but that manger was absolutely terrible. Because of where live I have to order from this store so it goes without saying I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and maybe Pizza Hut in general.

I placed the order online, payment went through, the online order said canceled, I drove to the store to express my concern over the issue. My order had never shown up, they couldn't find my card number. He made my pizza and made me pay again. Plus the price was higher than the first time around and I dont know how. By $6. This isn't my first terrible experience with this location. I would like a refund. And would like to speak to someone from your corporate office.
