I had a grate experience with Pronto. From my sales guy, to the installers to the ladies in the office. They all were very professional and helpful! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning I was told I could get 12 month no interest financing through Wells Fargo credit card

I was told I could get 12 month no interest financing through Wells Fargo credit card. It took 1 day to get the financing approved. But they ran it through my credit card instead of Wells Fargo. Keith said he would fix it. It took over a week for him to get back to me (I had to make 4 phone calls to the company's accountant who kept saying Keith needed to call me). Pronto wanted to charge me to switch to the Wells Fargo card. I declined.

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning Knowledgable, fast, honest

Knowledgable, fast, honest. Pronto gave me the exact quote numbers, with no hidden fees, and then quickly scheduled the installation my new furnace and A/C units. Pronto was able to complete the installation in one day, and even took the time to secure the wires, hoses, and tubes to and from the units, so that they will not get tangled in any other work that is done around them. Great job, and thank you to Mike, Haso, and Gustavo!

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning Spring of 2013, I bought a mini-split air conditioner from Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc

Spring of 2013, I bought a mini-split air conditioner from Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Since then, their service technicians have been coming every year to inspect and maintain the system. In the spring of 2020, I noticed that the system wasn't cooling properly. A technician came to check it out and found that the coolant was low. They added coolant and also put in a fluorescent dye to help locate any leaks. They said they would come back in six weeks to find the leak, but they never did. However, the unit was still cooling, so I didn't think much of it. During that time, I asked the technician about the warranty, and she told me it would expire the next day.

In 2021, the unit once again stopped cooling. I contacted Pronto, and their technician diagnosed the same problem as before. They added coolant and the leak detecting dye again, but the unit still didn't work. Another technician from Pronto came to examine the system and said that the condenser was beyond repair. They weren't sure if the unit could be fixed. Frustrated, I reached out to another Mitsubishi dealer for a second opinion. They informed me that the dye should not have been added, and the system couldn't be repaired.

Overall, my experience with Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has been disappointing. The technicians seemed unsure about how to fix the issues with my unit, and their actions, such as adding the dye, ended up causing more harm than good. I would caution others to be cautious when using their services.

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning I bought a new furnace and AC from Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc

I bought a new furnace and AC from Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. about 7 years ago. The warranty was supposed to cover parts for 10 years and labor for 5 years (I think that's pretty normal). Last week, our AC stopped working, so we called Pronto for help. A Pronto service person came and said the problem was with the coil and it needed to be replaced. They charged us $150 for that service call. Another service person came last week and installed the new coil. He arrived a little after 1pm and finished the job before 3pm. I wasn't here when he left because I had an appointment. He told my wife it would cost $739, so she paid with our Visa card. Paying $900 for just 2.5 hours of work seems way too expensive. I've been trying to reach the company to discuss this, but it's been difficult. We did get a message from their service manager, but we haven't been able to talk to him directly. Is it normal to pay $750 for less than 2 hours of labor, or are they trying to cover the cost of the parts? Should we try contacting the coil supplier or manufacturer?

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning We bought a furnace and AC from Pronto in the fall of 2018

We bought a furnace and AC from Pronto in the fall of 2018. The salesperson told us about the rebate we would get from Xcel and Pronto would handle all the applications for us. A lot of time went by and I never saw a rebate. When Pronto called for a maintenance check, I reminded them that I hadn't received the rebate. They said they would look into it. More time passed and still no check. They called again for a maintenance check and I reminded them once more that I hadn't received the rebate. This time, they must have actually sent in the rebate form because I got a letter from Xcel saying it was too late and I wouldn't get the $450. I assumed Pronto would keep their word and send me a $450 check since they didn't submit the application on time. I called at least 3 times and spoke to a couple of ladies who said they would leave a note for Maria (the rebate person) to call me back. But Maria never called, even after a couple of weeks. Finally, on my 3rd or 4th call, Maria answered. Unfortunately, the answer was NO. Maria and the service manager told me that the previous rebate person (Ronnie) had left me a message, but I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. They claim they tried to contact me and since I didn't call them back, it's my fault that I didn't set up a startup test, so it's my fault. I'm not in the AC business, but when I hear a startup, it means my AC is running and it was running, so the rebate form was being processed. It's interesting that they submitted the rebate form to Xcel without the startup test they say is necessary. I didn't receive a letter saying I needed a startup test or any contract stating that I had to make an appointment for a startup test to get the rebate. I still don't answer unknown numbers because 99.9% of them are spam and lead to more spam calls.
