Sebago Non receipt of deck shoes

Hi,

I ordered a pair of deck shoes (sale line through Sebago) on 19.5.23 and paid £62.15 at the time. They were to be sent from China, Order Nr: 202305192332583850119722. According to your acknowledgement the tracking number was: CV773742229CN although Royal Mail (UK carrier) the tracking number is wrong and relates to another item and to another person!

I feel that I have been more than patient -waiting currently 33 days, so would you either supply my shoes via an express delivery or refund the monies paid.

Sebago Custom Docksides

I purchased custom dock sides April 9, and was told to expect 6-8 week wait time. After 7 weeks I began to inquire about the status. My emails were not returned, my social media messages were not returned. I contacted them through their website with no response. Finally I got one short responses saying my order was due to ship June 9. Still no order, no shipping notification, no shoes. I thought I was ordering from an upstanding company- very disappointing.

Sebago sebago topsider clovehitch.

Ordered two different pairs of Sebago topsiders and decided to go with the ones from Italy purchased through Frafetched.com --- for $250.

Want to return the cheaper Clovehitch model purchased from the Sebago website.

Followed the prompts to request a return number and eturn address which was supposed to be emailed to me.

Didn't come. emailed a second time. Still no response.

At this point, considering the problems everyone is having with Sebago, I would be better off holding on to the second pair anyway if the process of sending them back means that i would lose the shoes and never get a refund.

This disfunctional company is ripping off the public and should be put out of business by a class action lawsuit.

Sebago sebago clovehitch ii brown/cinnamon shoes

Order the Clovehitch II FGL Brown/Cinnamon Shoes in Size 12w and they sent the Clovehitch II FGL Brown/Tan in the standard size. I reached out to Sebago USA which appear to operate as:

A woman named Julie responded and said they would issue the return authorization and return shipping label and then never did. She stopped responding and had to get their contact info from their shipper. They hide behind emails but I found their address and phone number in NYC and it is 212-247-4710. I want a full refund and if they fail to comply, I will take the appropriate action.

Sebago customer service lack of responses/refund

On August 20, 2019 received a pair of shoes which were too large. Immediately requested authorization for return and refund. Request not responded to.

August 27th, submitted second request which was address with a return authorization number.

August, 29th the shoes were delivered back to Sebago, signed for by Lespinal.
No refund forthcoming.

September 4th, follow up email send regarding refund. No response.

Sebago shoes sebago

Story still going and without shoes. The ones the shop had for replacement were having issues as well (similar and other issues) and now waiting to get a pair of new shoes from Spain. 1 month has passed. Unbelievable...

I am a good Sebago client. Recently bought a pair of brown Sebago's mokasins at their flagship store in Amoreiras and after one day of use they got a slight crack in the heel and a different colour in the heel coating. Went back to the shop and was told that the heel coating issue was normal and the crack would have to be further checked by their technical services. Didn't like the service and the way I was attended as the shop should have given me the option to get full refund or to choose a new pair of shoes. The assistant raised her voice when confronted with my arguments and now have to wait at least one week to get my shoes back, to know what the problem is and how can be fixed. Much better service at El Corte Inglês. Big disappointment with the attitude of the assistant of a Flaghip Store like the one in Amoreiras. Daniel

Sebago men's polo shirt

Dear acceptor,
My dad has ordered many clothes from Sebago online store during past years. He has been really pleased about them and the quality has been long-lasting.
This polo shirt which you see on the pictures was a disappointment. He ordered the shirt about two years ago. After he had used it a few times the seams started to tear. This happened with many seams, especially during this year. The polo shirt has been used in spare time, not during sports.

Could it be possible to get a compensation, for example a new shirt or some other solution?

This men's polo shirt is 100% cotton, size XXL. He would prefer navy blue colour.

Sebago sebago shoe

Hi my name is kevin chetty ive puchased a sebago shoe from sauidi arabia around April 2018. Im from South Africa when i started using my shoe no material on the side of the shoe starting to crack.Please can u assist me in anyway possible . Im desapointed with the product because for a excellent and expensive product this should not be happening to my shoe.

Sebago unsatisfactory attention of your spanish subsidiary for resolving my complaint

On May 1st. I sent this letter to your branch in Spain: I have been a customer of Sebago loafers for many years, I have always used size 10.5 without any problem. Some time ago I bought the black pair that you will see in the attached file, although initially they squeezed my feet I bought them thinking that finally they would fit correctly (as it happens in other occasions).
After some time I found that I can not wear them because they are still squeezing me very much. Now I have bought another pair of the same size and I am surprised that they are longer than the others!, Reason why I deduce that the first ones are badly labeled.
Obviously I can not return them to the store.
I beg your response to my problem

Their response was:

Hello Miquel,
After analyzing the pair, we see that it is not a manufacturing defect since the shoe does not present any deterioration caused by this problem or that the measures of the same are incorrect.
In any case, and taking into account that the shoe was small, you should have gone to the store where you purchased them in a short period of time to alert them of the situation and to offer a solution to the problem.
It is more than likely that at that time, and due to the little use / deterioration of the shoes, they would have made the change without problems.

I I went back to claim because I did not understand the size difference according to the attached photos and afterwards I have no longer received any response. Can you give me a solution or at least clarify why this difference of size between the same model? I am pretty dissapointed with the whole process.

Finally, after many time, the Spanish branch has contacted me and has changed (FOC) the pair of shoes for other that fit perfectly.
So I consider my complaint solved with satisfaction for the resolution of my problem. (although after a certain waste of time and complexity).

I have a problem with the free gifts at Zando as i have not even received one since i have been ordering. Though i have not complained but i feel the need this time as i bought a Watch for R699 order no. [protected] and promised SKIP Cards: Free Gift with Purchase. My parcel has been delivered and again there is no free gift.

Sebago Clovehitch II

I bought the Clovehitch II twice from Macy's and both times the box said it was a 9.5WW but the shoe's tongue said it was a 9.5W. Sebago confirmed that if it is truly a 9.5WW it will state it as such on the shoes' tongue. Sebago can somehow blame Macy's and Macy's can blame their third party distributor Wolverine Word Wide Inc. Either way you all lost a 1st customer!

Sebago says on their website, "[when writing reviews] avoid writing about customer service, contact us instead if you have issues requiring immediate attention."

Whatever Sebago! When I contacted your customer service you said it was an accident and try buying it again from Macy's or something like that.

Sebago Shoes

We purchased some shoes on-line from Shoebuy.com. The shoes were too big so we returned them for a smaller size. Shoebuy.com rejected the returned shoes, stating that the soles were worn so they would not exchange them for a smaller size. They returned them to us. Our response was met with an email from them showing photos of the shoes soles. We seriously question the pictures of the shoe soles they emailed to us to support their argument. They do not look like the shoes returned to us. Also, to our surprise when we discussed our displeasure with their reasoning, the customer service representative sarcastically told us that there wasn't anything we could do because they are in Massachusetts and we are in California. Normally, online and retail stores have no problem exchanging merchandise when a different size is needed. Shoebuy.com doesn't show us any indication that they are fair and reasonable. Our advice to prospective buyers of Shoebuy.com products is that you avoid them.

Sebago Freak accident

i was on vacation the week of March 12 to the 18th on a cruise with carneval fantasy cruise Long story short we docked in, Key West, Florida. When we docked we had from 8am to 6pm to site see key west . so me and my cousin and his girlfriend paid for a water excursion .. which cost 140.00 for parasailing jetski and ssnorkling i really had no idea regarding a banana boat ride > So we jumped in and snorkled all was ok there . then we got back on the cadamaran which had 60 people on the boat . so then we dock in the middle of the ocean were the jetskis are there and all other things. So five of us hope on the banana boat for the ride when the ride was over we jumped off and began to swim to the back of the cadamaran boat while i was swimming back the jetski pulling the banana boat with a rope as thick as a bat didnt wait for us to reach the boat the rope wrapped around me and dragged me under water swalling ocean water and the rope was wrapping tighter and tighter around my entire upper body by the grace of God . An angel pulled me from the rope the driver never stopped . i had to be pulled onto the booat by 2 people and i was in the worst pain i have ever been through in all my life . these people tried to offer me alcohol but i dont drink at all they tried to make my blood level tainted with alcohol so they can blame me for their neglegence..The pain was so bad i had to hop on another little boat and be raced to shore were they brought me to this clinic that didnt have the equipment to care for me. So they took me to the cruise shipped were i was admitted to the medical facility and when the nurse saw me he panic he made me urinate into a cup were they found blood in my urine and kidneys he thought i might of had a rupture spleen so the called the ambulance to escort me from the shipp to the ER room on the stretcher one of the cruise employeesd had the nerve to charge me 300 dollar for not returning back to the ship. They took me to the hospital they did all kinds of test and xrays and scans then they rolled my suitcase intot he er room and left me in key west alone. i had to pull this suitcase outinto the street they said i had to leave the er room because they need the room for other patients> i had to lok for a taxi whom y the grace of God toook me too over 12 different hotels and he got out and ask for me because i could barely move every place was book cause of spring break . the only hotel cost me 450 dollars for one night and then i had to pay 200 for ticket back to new jersey . not i have a bill for 3500 just for hospital er room not counting the all the work that is being charged seperate im unemployed so i cant go to the doctor > I submitted to the lawyers and they jsut told me they cant do anything because i was paralyzed or snapped in half. my bill have accumilated for over 9 thousand dollars and there saying they cant help me, Please someone i am crying for help this company cant get away with there negalagence i pray to the lord that someone out their can help me with this situation ... I have been emotionaly broken and completely traumitized do to this dilema i am in> If any one can help me out my number is [protected] home [protected]... email sigfredo.[protected]@yahoo.com...i have photos receipts i have proof that it is there fault ...
