We went there tonight for my birthday free burger reward. When they gave us our check - I gave them my rewards phone number. They came back and said they couldn't pull up my rewards. We waited over 30 minutes for them to figure out how to give us our reward and they couldn't. They told us to contact the corporate office. Check # 10004 6:45 p.m. Table 115/1
Please let me know how you are going to resolve this.

Desired outcome: Provide training to your associates and provide me a refund for my reward that I am due. I have already paid on my credit card in full.
