I ordered on line, made my selections and entered my gift card nimber and pin.
It didn't give me a $25 credit on my order when I clicked on pay.
When I went to pick up my order it still had not been credited to my order and the person said he couldn't give me a $25 credit for the gift card. He kept telling me he was confused why it didn't register on line and I told him I put it in and I guess it didn't accept it then. But at the resturaurnt it shoud be deducted then (I had it with me and showed it to him) He said he would have to see the manager. No manager didn't come to his aid she told him they couldn't do it and to use the gift card at the next visit. I asked to see her and he said she was leaving for her home and another guy who said he was a manager turned me away with the same excuses. I've been in other resturaunts before and if there was a mistake on the bill they would credit right there. I felt cheated and ignored by a real manager. I got home and because the ordeal with the gift card took so long my food was cold and to top off the very bad experience, the meat in the burger was very rare. I feel this could have had a simple solution.
I am disapointed with Red Robin for their lack of concern and the web site not getting my order payment correct by entering the $25. gift card amount.
Claimed loss: The berger was not edible. I'd like a refund for it.
