Wingstop

I placed an order at the WINGSTOP NEWARK MCCARTER HWY . After an hour I received an email that my order was cancelled and to call the store. I called the store the person who answered the phone said her name was Jennifer and accused me of cancelling the order. I asked to speak to the manager, Jennifer said his name was Juwon but he refused to come to the phone. I explained that I do not have the app and would never have cancelled as it was for my child. They kept me on the phone for 10 minutes where you could them lauging in the bank. I ordered food for my child and it was cancelled and these people are laughing. She said it was Nothing she could do to fix this unbelievable. They have no other customer service numbers so you just have to email them and hope for a refund. I will never ever order from any wingstop ever again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with food.

Today I attended around 3:30pm the manager with blue hair is very unprofessional and rude she talks to customers as if they're children I ordered a 15 piece and only got 12 pieces then she just threw extra wings in a bowl in threw it in my platter didn't even ask about the flavor everytime I come to this particular restaurant she is very nasty with customers and rude not to mention there are no napkins in the restaurant everyone is going back and fourth to the restroom for napkins and then when my we asked for a garbage can she said they don't have any I will never spend anymore money in this restaurant thanks to her unprofessionalism
