Went to store in north olmsted ohio. Had not been there in a while because i remember terrible service.
Nothing has changed. Went december 17th at 5pm. Sevice was slow, waitress would disapear for 10-15 mins at a time. Wanted seperate checks. She messed up every check. When we tried to pay it took another 15 mins. By the way the place only had 10% of the tables full. My chicken was just warm. Pasta was over done. Asked for more dressing twice she never did bring it. This went on and on. Now i remeber why me and my family stopped going here. Now i could see why the place is on 10% full.

My wife went to macaroni grill in north olmsted ohio. Our credit card was charged twice for the transaction. The manager james has been trying to get this credited back to our account. As of today it still is not credited back to the account. I called and left the regional manager a voicemail he never returned my call can someone please give me a call back at [protected] it has been 6 weeks without the money in her checking account I need to know what is going on?
