Hardee's Restaurants - Today I purchased a 20 piece tender from Hardee’s

Good morning today I went to Hardee’s to purchase food for my families dinner at 3:57pm at store 2501782 in Clarksville, tn. I ordered at the drive thru and I asked the attendant working the drive thru could I get them fresh.

I pulled up and paid and the attendant working the drive thru which was the woman that also gave me my food. After paying the woman working the drive thru window asked me to pull up and it will be out. I pulled and waited 10 mins and she came out and gave the food and stated that should be careful. I grabbed the food and I notice the weight of the bag of twenty chicken strips seemed light only because I have three kids and I got the twenty piece tender the day previous. I opened to check to see if they were fresh and also notice the chicken tenders seemed to have a lot of half pieces not whole pieces like I usually have. But I just picked up my daughter from school and needed to get my kids food for the night so they could eat. I got home and open the bag and the single box and started picking up chicken to see if they were fresh as soon as I seen there were no fresh pieces in the box. I called [protected] the lady voice I remembered that I just spoke with answers the phone I asked to speak to a manager she said okay and places me on hold I was in my bedroom waiting the meantime my three kids were at the dinner table eating still. I waited for a while and then looked at the time 18 mins had past by so I decided to drive to the store while on hold and no one ever picked up the whole 30 plus minutes I was on hold. Right before I got to the store the phone magically hangs up. I screenshot the time I was on the call for waiting while no one picked back up the phone to say anything.

I got to the store and came inside and spotted the woman working drive thru with a cash draw and the general manger and another worker. The general manager asked if I needed to place an order I told him I have just been on hold and had been waiting to talk to him for thirty minutes. He asked the woman working the drive thru had she took my call and she stated she didn’t. And if you check the store records and the whole time I was there talking to the general manager and her she was the only woman the rest of the crew was guys. I told Kaleb Knapp I was on hold and showed a screenshot of the call time and he asked to she the picture media that shows the time and date of the picture for what reason I’m unsure. After showing Kaleb Knapp he was telling me that they would have me to wait and not serve me hit fresh food the drive thru attendant chimed in as well I stated I know what fresh fried food smells and feels like I just received fresh 29 piece tenders a week before so I knew. The 29 piece tender I got the day before I made the mistake of not asking for it fresh so I really know. I told him I understand he is agreeing with his woman drive thru attendant but I disagree and I’m a customer. He and the woman were very disrespectful having me wait ten minutes at the store and 30 mins before intentionally hanging up on me. I told him I wanted a refund. I didn’t bring the leftovers because my kids had eating over half of it but I was so upset I really forgot to bring it back I truly didn’t believe it mattered. If the general manager that was standing in the front of the store with three people not taking any orders had taking the time to answer my call before I left I could have thought about bring the chicken back

Kaleb Knapp should not be a general manager but I have been living in the Clarksville area for twenty years I know most people in the area have disgusting attitudes and behavior issues that on the customer service side on things I have experienced are totally unacceptable

But Kaleb Knapp being the GM I would totally believe he would know how to be courteous and respectful I’m a military vet and I still believe in customer service but if he is the standard I would be surprised if the store would be closed the next time I ride past it he is a disgrace to the business no professional should work and learn from him

I have had my children in foster care for a month. Then they located the father. I don't miss them any. My kids were useless and worthless, especially my oldest who called CPS on me and ruined my life. HE can have my children. They are worthless like he is.
