Romano's Macaroni Grill - Online order, pick-up, etc.

My question(s) is/are:
Does Macaroni Grill acknowledge the customer at least even if they cannot get ovehttps://www.complaintsboard.com/r to assist them right away?
How long should a customer have to wait at the counter to pick up or even for a greeting telling he that they know I'm present and they will be able to assist me at some point?
I was at the counter at around 7:50 pm on 5/6/21 at Agora Parkway, 78154, my favorite restaurant in the whole entire world. I had made an online order and the time was stated when it would be ready. So after I got finished cutting my lawn, I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and arrived there 10 minutes after the stated time. I was starving, had a week of very little sleep. The seating dine-in was maybe 5 tables occupied, not busy. I went in and I think there was a party of 2 sitting at the booth waiting at the pick-up area. I do not know how much they ordered, but I was one person and I saw the Lasagna that I ordered sitting in the warmer as I stood at the counter looking forward to seeing the great employees. I stood there for 5 minutes where c/o is done, w/ no acknowledgement. I moved over and put my keys and wallet on the taller part of the counter and kept waiting. It was at least (to try and put it nicely) 20 minutes when a beautiful young woman with reddish hair came over and I said, "Hi." She however immediately looked straight ahead to another customer that was there suddenly in front of the c/o and talked to her. I did not even see the other customer walk in, because I was so focused on getting my order as the only person that had been standing at the counter for way too long. I could not believe that I was treated like I was invisible.
I did make a comment, "Really?" "I may have said"OMG."I patiently waited for the other customer to leave so that I could voice my concerns.
Am I supposed to be happy that I was not acknowledged? 1st, I was not acknowledged at all. Then I was helped behind someone that just walked in after me. I gathered that the customer was coming back to p/u an order for some reason, but there is just not explanation to why I was not even greeted and why I had to wait so long.
I did raise my voice to tell the young woman that I had been standing there a long time and that I was there before the other customer walked in. She told me that there was no reason to be loud, I think. I told her,"Well you all need to get your stuff together". I do not blame her. I am however blaming whoever told her or lead her to believe that this is the way Macaroni Grill treats customers. A young tall man came over then and I told him that I have been waiting a long time. Now I do not know if he was in training/assistant. If he is the manager, he is quite the example. He gave me my receipt after she handed it to him and told me how much I had left on my gift card. He did not offer any apologies for the unacceptable treatment that I had received. I told him"This is not how you treat customers…"on the way out as I was too tired to ask for the manager after a working this week. His comment/answer to me was exactly,"It's the world we are living in."He said this twice. I told him that I did not know what world he is living in, but that the customer is important.
Is this how an employee is supposed to deal with an upset customer?"Really?"Is the answer,"It's the world we are living in?" Please excuse me, he must have been high.
I do want to let the company know that I had this is not the first time this has happened. And I wish that it would not keep happening. Please show the employees at your restaurant here in Selma, Texas that they need to acknowledge customers arriving to p.
I dine in every year for my birthday. I would hate to have to have an ambivalent feeing about Macaroni Grill due to being constantly unacknowledged when I come in and pick up orders the rest of the year.
