On 9/16/23 My family (Alec Daujotas) & I went to the Red Robin in Kenosha, Wi, to Celebrate my Birthday. Once seated the server took our food order. it was ready & served quickly & efficiently by our server. But the food was not the Quality from which we have had in our Previous visits to the same Red Robin. The lettuce was not fresh at all, Tomato was hard & crunchy, and our fries tasted as they were cooked & sitting for an extended period of time. The server was great, My Wife mentioned it was my Birthday, he did not even acknowledge the fact. We spoke to the Manager bout not receiving a Birthday Coupon, like we did last year. The Manager said "We will see what we can do". My meal was $15.99 & my Wifes was $10.99. After waiting 20 mins., the bill did get adjusted but only $7 was taken off, But the Manager stated that my meal would be taken off, $15.99., than when arriving home & looked @ our Bank Statement, it looked like there had been 2 charges - One for $69 pending & $62 that had been processed.
Desired outcome: Wanting the Charge of $69 charge removed from Checking account. Quality of food could have been at least 75% better. Contact info: Alec.[protected]@va.gov
