Viruses and access to info that should not be shared. Even with my very expensive security program that has all the blocks and firewalls possible i still get people rambling through my things. Its to slow with the secured line or doesn't work at all. Then i call just to see if someone would answer the phone and i got a representative that wanted to go home and said if you don't like it i'll just cancel. Then when she's about to hang up says oh there's a technical dept u could talk to tomorrow. Not even to mention that before i could even tell why i was calling which was for charges on the creditcard for extra blocker programs i had already, she told me to cancel and there's no refund, even though was signed up for a 2 year program. The whole call lasted about 1 minute and 45 seconds. I had to email them to make sure she didn't cancel the service but she did already. Also i am not even the account holder. I was calling for someone else!

I downloaded 360 Share pro about 4 months ago. The problem is that I was on dial-up when I bought it for a lifetime. Now I have Cox High-speed and every time I wanted to continue to download music the computer would tell me that I have to be connected to the internet. which- I KNEW I WAS! So I had no choice but to uninstall 360 Share pro even though I paid for it and I feel like I should be able to get connected. They had a complaint section I could tell them my problem but, they said to put in the same email address that you bought it with and mine is not the same as then so evidently, they can't get to me. I'm HOT! Because I was trying to get Bearshare anyways!

Call your credit card company and do not take no for an answer. I like most of you were scammed by 360share by them posing as legitimate limewire. Creditcard companies will only issue you a credit if the company you purchased from did not send you the goods. . . Great. . . 360share's software is not the goods. Simply explain to your cc company that you were promised limewire and didn't receive it. That's exactly what i just did and the credit is going thru as we speak. My god it's amazing how these scam artists can get away with this crap and still be permitted to stay on the web!

When i paid it said full refund yet in that 14 day period there was no link to make contact and all i get when i contact is the same stupid message.

I cannot download anything, not songs or instructions or get help, there is no one to contact. I have tried at all times of the day and night. I will contest the charges on my credit card. I'm not paying for this!

I have paid for a service which i am not getting, the service is for downloading music etc and they got paid for it and yet i cannot use it, it will not open for me, i have also read hundreds of complaint on the internet regarding the same scam, if you google limewire, you will be able to read all the similar complaints.

I have had this program for a few years now and the other day i went to go and download some music and it would not open for me ... I'm not impressed and after reading these comments this is not cool at all :(

Thought I was downloading Limewire. Does not work properly well, try to email support site and they say my e-mail is not correct. They just rip people off, this is not limewire.

I thought I was purchasing a morpheus site and after I paid for it it came up with 360Share Pro. That is not what I agreed to pay for. That makes me angry.

I removed J2SE runtime environment version 5.0 update 11 and Java (TM) SE runtime environment version 6 update 1. 360 share pro was able to run, but I still can't download music. I paid for a lifetime subscription.

How can Limewire allow such a scam to go on, can't you guys at Limewire do something.

I paid for a £0.99 per month two year service with this company and when it came to paying for the services, they charged me £60. They did not show the balances until the end after the transaction had gone through, they showed me the total. It was already too late to do anything. They have charged another £42 on my credit card. There is no one to explain to me what is happening. This company is stealing money to people using its deceptive information.

I need to contact them and demand my refund but so far they I have failed to get their details. I do not have their phone or email details. I need help in order to get my money back.

I to have to agree all the other complaints you folks have had. I haven't been on in a long time and nothing, it doesn't even load. What the heck. I paid for a 1 yr subscription but thats not the point, this company has clearly ripped off enough people, that this has become a problem. The worst is that you can't get your money back, and you can't get rid of the program.

I found them rated, #1 on a list found from my home page, and internet provider, trusting it. Well think twice, I know I will GRRR.

I bought a i lifetime membership it cost me 80.00 my hard drive had problem so i need to reload it i sent them a e-mail with my pass word and account information they never respawned and when i type in the password they gave me it said it was no longer vaild (how can a life time membership code be no longer valid?) so all i can say there is p2p that may work but i would be weary of this on by the way this company is also bearshare and limewire os i would be careful of these to they might be better but for 80.00 buck is it worth finding out? If they were any kind of company that cared they could make it right but, as far as i can see they have my 80.00 buck and i fill they are telling me to go intercourse myself. I have paid for one year of service a couple of days ago and have had nothing but problems. At this point I really don't know who's fault it is but all the downloading of there programs [360 pro] didn't help I did manage to get on the music Library. With no directions on how to use the system, so after messing around for awhile I could put an artist's name in and bring up all kinds of songs by them and other's that sang with them. However it's on there Library not mine and no directions on how to burn a CD. Like I said before I still don't know if it's my fault or there's. I think they need to redo the hole damn system it's way to hard. Is there anyone out there that knows how it works?

I bought 260 Share Pro lifetime version and one day the thing just disappeared off my computer. I paid $25USD for the lifetime version.

I tried to contact the 800 number on my receipt and they say that June 25, 2007 is a holiday a mandatory federal holiday and cannot answer the phone.

Does anyone know what national holiday is June 25th? Because I've been an American all my life and I don't know what it is.

I signed up for this service, was charged $67 instead of $28 as they added tag ons without permission.

I called the number and it is in Quebec and a call center not Share Pro, they told me to get my money back will take ten days and it will be reduced by $9.99 service charge. I was never able to get a straight answer from the call center, nor their address, nor where they were located, nor the address or contact details for 360 Share Pro.

360 Share Pro Never Worked, I never got a refund and never got any joy from them in getting to speak to a real person that was a share pro employee.

AVOID THIS SCAM it cost me 67$ STILL WAITING BUT NOT HOLDING MY BREATH.

I downloaded this site about a week ago and it was working very well but now for no reason it takes very long to connect before it would take about five minutes and now its takes more than an hour or longer also on the right side of the monitor i have some weather gadgets an everytime i open its disconnected and the internet does not come up any more.

I followed these instructions to fix my 360 share like a million times and it worked great!

1. Go to “start” and then choose “run”.
2. In the text box, type in “control panel” and press “ok”.
3. Then double-click on the “add or remove programs” icon.
4. After the list populates, scroll down to the programs starting with the letter, “J”. The programs :
- J2SE Runtime Environment version 5.0 update 11
- Java (TM) SE Runtime Environment version 6 update 1
Should be taken off you computer. The maximum version you can have is version 5.0 update 10.
For Vista user:
Remove
- Java (TM) SE Runtime Environment version 6 update 1
Should be taken off you computer. The maximum version you can have is version 5.0 update 9.

...but for some reason, probably because i am really blonde, i accidentally removed 360 share on the control panel so it isn't showing on my desktop or recycle bin anymore but it's still in the control panel, confusion, if anyone know how to it back on the desktop, you can holla at me, thanks!

I also purchased 360 Share pro lifetime downloads and now it will not work on my computer. I would like a refund or it hooked back up. I have read the other complaints and see that this has happened to other people. I thought maybe it was just a problem that I am experiencing. I hope that this will not be a problem, up until now it has worked great. Thank you!

I paid for a life time of 360 share pro and now i cant down load it on my computer it saying my 360 share expired... which i paid for a life time so i am a little upset with this... i hope this company can fix these problem!

I ordered this piece of junk so my grand daughter could download songs to her mps. There are no guide lines on how to do this. When i tried to go to their support page it domain restricted. I have no e-mail for them or nothing. What are you suppose tp do?

360 Share worked fine for a number of years. I had no complaints until recently when it just stopped working. Now, no amount of double clicking on the icon will boot up the program. It gets as far as the sign in window then that just disappears and nothing more happens.

I searched on the net and read a comment somewhere that the company is based in Malta, or rather, was based in Malta. After reading the complaints on this complaintsboard,it's beginning to sound like the company has closed down and shut its website services.

I'm planning to try to uninstall the program and install Limewire instead. Here's hoping I can without the useless 360Share interfering.

The number for 360 is [protected]. I called and got a refund on the overcharge they did, but now my program stopped working. The woman seemed nice enough and I did receive my refund in about a week, to my bank account. Does anyone know why the program stops working and what I can do to fix it? Is it my virus software that's causing the problem? Thanks.

I've paid and had my credit card immediately debited 'DLDPROVIDE.COM-[protected]' on 2nd August 2007 for $68.46 (Australian).
I've never received a password to even get into 360 Share Pro... never heard back at all, have been unable to get anywhere on their site? Any suggestions? My friends in SA have been members for 12 months or so and have had no problems so I thought it would be a safe site to join.

Apparently not. Does anyone have any idea what to do next? Everytime I try and send an email, I put in their 'code number supplied' and it just tells me it was incorrect... every time... Have I been scammed? How do we go about complaining to someone who can investigate?

Anything would be appreciated.

I paid 27 dollars to download a lifetime subscription to 360 share pro which is supposed to allow me to download music, movies, ect. I have had no end of problems with this site and software and now i cannot access this site or features at all. Written complaints were made to the support dept. of 360 share pro but no one will respond. I feel that the promises made by this service to be bogus and illegal. I do not advise anyone to purchase this software. Hell, there is even a 360 share pro website started by its members to share gripes!

People Listen up, anyone who has been ripped off by 360 pro has every legal right in the world to have their Credit Card Company reverse the charges and have your credit card credited with the same amount.
Your CCCompany values your business far more than 360 but the key is this, the only way they'll reverse the charge is if you tell them that YOU DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR!
You tell them you thought you were downloading Limewire Pro (cause 360 STOLE Limewire's programming) but you were sent something else.
Your CCCompany WILL return your money, I know, I went thru the same thing!

h,i tried to down load my wedding song as i get married soon,on the 360 pro,and guess wot,it wouldent even open up the site.
wot a waste of money,£50 down the drain,may as well brought the bloody cd.
life time contract,bull sxxt.
DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAMME,YOULL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY,JUST SEE THE REST OF THE COMMENTS.

this is soo true i was just looking to download limewire but what i found was this scam, sounds convincing enough at first but now i have to pay 80.00 eventho it doesnt work nor download..this truly is a scam and if people are gullabe enough they will have to learn the hard way..like i did..now theres no way in contacting them cause this was a scam from the start...

I downloaded 360 share on the 20th sept an payed the subscription fee although when attempting to download music it won't allow it. I've tried going on the site where i joined up on but it says my password is invalid, I've payed for this service but now can't use it if this is going to be the case i want my money back !

you need to uninstall all Javas and use only Java version 5.10 and 360 will work straight away. Control panal/ add remove programmes and remove all but Java version 5.10 do not update the Java automatically when it asks you and your flying again!

I just wanted to share how I was able to get back online with 360 Share Pro tonight. I signed up for the lifetime membership and had been using the service for a quite while when, a couple of weeks ago I wasn't able to load the program in order to use it anymore.

I went to their site and selected "member login". I then selected the "forgotten password" option. They sent my password/username (never has to use it before now) to me. I used the sign-on and it worked! I am now downloading again. Only one problem, all of my previous downloads are gone. Some of which I did not transfer to Windows Media Player. But at least it is working again. Try it!

I have had 360 Share for over 3 years now on the same computer, with the same computer habits and have NEVER had a problem with fading music, downloads, etc. I have over 2500 songs downloaded with no issues. Our computer is still just as fast and responsive as it was the day I bought it from Best Buy. I use the new version of Media player for playback options, etc, and I only use 360 for the downloads. I was charged the $23.00 for the lifetime subscription that I was promised and never a penny more. I used Share Pro for approx. 2 yrs. now, but I haven't tried to download a song for over 8 months. This week it wouldn't download at all. What's going on? It seems alot of us are being left out after paying for a lifetime membership. Anybody having any luck in getting this site up and running again, please E-mail me.

I downloaded 360 sharepro and it did not work. I had earlier installed on another PC. IT stopped working too. This got me thinking, and I emailed to 360 sharepro. They emailed back that I HAVE TO USE VERSION 5.0 OF JAVA or earlier, THAT NEWER VERSIONS DO NOT WORK. I had my computer doing automatic installs of java updates. I now do not. I had to uninstall the later versions and only have the recommended level of Java installed, Version 5.0 to get my old and new 360 sharepros to work.
