About.com recommended 599CD.com to find computer teaching CD's. I went there and purchased a Power Point learning CD.
I then clicked to download the program instead of having the CD shipped to me.
I received an e-mail saying that my order had been processed and when it was ready to download they would email me.
That was 10 days ago and I have never received e-mail instructions.
I have e-mailed them several times and there has been no response.
It is only $5.99 -- but it's a rip -- plus they have my credit card number.
Are you recycling complaints now? This was the EXACT complaint posted about me on ComplaintCenter.com back in January of 2003. Here it is showing up again in 2011. What gives? You're making it look like a completely separate complaint. This customer made his purchase in 2002. He paid for a DOWNLOAD and was expecting a CD, so I mailed him one. End of story.
