599CD.com Where is my download that you charged me for

About.com recommended 599CD.com to find computer teaching CD's. I went there and purchased a Power Point learning CD.

I then clicked to download the program instead of having the CD shipped to me. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been processed and when it was ready to download they would email me. That was 10 days ago and I have never received e-mail instructions.

I have e-mailed them several times and there has been no response.

It is only $5.99 -- but it's a rip -- plus they have my credit card number.

Oh, and one more thing... if you have been emailing us and you haven't gotten a response, the reverse may also be true. OUR spam filter might be killing your email too. That's why I say to ALWAYS use the customer service form on my web site. Email is no longer reliable since most ISPs are over-zealous in their spam filtering. I catch a dozen or so pieces of mail in my Gmail spam box that shouldn't be there every week. But, without the spam filter, I'd get 10, 000 pieces of junk mail a week too... so they're a necessary evil.

Hello. This is Richard Rost, president of 599CD.

Since I have no way of telling who you are, I can only say that if you ordered something, you should have received it. Since you placed an order and selected ONLINE delivery, you should have received a link and password to download your courses IMMEDIATELY as soon as your payment was processed. If you never received it, check your SPAM folder. Many large ISPs are very draconian in their spam filtering procedures, and you wouldn't be the first person to have this problem.

Beyond that, if you log on to your account on our web site, you will also be able to get access to your courses. Just log on using the email address and password that you placed your order with and you can download your lessons from there as well. This is all explained on my web site.

Now, since I have no idea who YOU are, I can't tell you whether or not we received any complaints from you via our customer service form or email. But, if you're still interested in resolving this matter, please contact me. I strive to make sure that ALL complaints are answered as quickly as possible. If you're not getting any correspondence from me/us, then your ISP is probably killing it as spam. You can check for any replies to your PREVIOUS inquiries on my web site as well... as any correspondence you send us via the customer service form (as well as replies) are saved and tracked online where you can read them.
