I have called and written several emails to the Huntsville office about the tenants who moved in on May 1,2023, and the issues have went unresolved. The problems started from day one, it started off with 3 people in this small house, which the yards and house looked nice then, but now its ghetto looking. The renter a week later moved in 3 kids and another adult and 3 more dogs for a total of 4 adults and 6 dogs and 1 cat. The kids are very destructive and disrespectful, and the adults don't have a problem with it. The kids damaged the neighbors fence and the one on your property by scaling over them, we caught them in the act, the adult was talked to about it, but had an attitude. The law has been to the house several times to talk to them about the complaints on the kids and it doesn't matter. The animal control has been here many times and written tickets about the dog complaints. The community action has had to come out about the yards, household trash, and smell from the dog feces, plus no shots and no registration. The loud music from all the people living there and blasting it from their cars late at night. The kids are left alone and unsupervised most the time even if the adult is home, the kids range in age from 6to8. We have witnessed them tear mailboxes up, tear up other people's trees in their yards, which a neighbor spoke to them about, but it fell on deaf ears. I can't understand why this is still going on, I emailed Rick Roland, got no response just like the office. The boy the let live there has left a van parked on the neighbors yards and has been gone 2 weeks. Please fix this problem for us, before we look to try the court system. Thank you.
