I've been a loyal customer for over 24 years. I have had problems with AAA before especially with my son being on the west coast and I being on the east coast. Occasionally there were mix-ups with the wrong information being given between the tow truck driver and the dispatch but were quickly corrected. In Jul/Aug of 2022 time frame, I was stranded on the side of a highway. The vehicle just stopped running. It was approximately 10:00am. I called for a tow and the women I talked to, took all the information and I was told a driver would be in touched with me. I waited and waited and several hours passed but no tow truck. I finally called the tow company and was told they called AAA and told them the tow was out of their jurisdiction. I called the dispatch and was told they were still trying to find a tow truck for me. About this time, another tow company stopped by, gave me his card in the event my tow truck didn't show. Approximately 4:00pm, I called the dispatch again and was told they had no luck finding a tow company but if I wanted to call another company, do so, and they (AAA) would pay the tow. I called the other tow truck company, that stopped earlier, and was being towed about 2 hours later. On the second occasion, I drove my car to a dealership about 10:30am for some Maintenace to be completed but ran into some issue and decided not to leave my car. Tried to start the car but it would not start. I called for a tow about 11:30am. At 2:00pm, I called about the tow and found there was no record of a tow. Started a second tow and two hours later the tow truck never showed. I told the dispatcher, this was the second time they failed to accommodate me. I ended up calling another tow company and AAA was to pay for it. My renewal was to start 01 Oct 2022. On 15 Sep 2022, I received a letter stating, "Upon reviewing your membership, we have elected to non-renew your AAA Membership at the end of your current membership term because of disproportionate use of service". Little did they know, I had no intentions of renewing. This is what 24 years of service gets you with AAA. This policy also had my wife and son on it. Customer beware!

Desired outcome: I just want other individuals to beware of you are getting with AAA. This company is not what it use to be.
