I have been a client of myus.com since 2008. It is somewhat difficult to get some customer service with them as it is impossible to get them on the telephone. They have an outsourced service out of Asia, probably India, and everything they are trained to do is copy/paste prepared answers to practically any scenario.
Recently I sent some vaping products to my suite... my mistake, I did not know that you cannot export vaping products, it is a regulation in the USA. Fair enough, my bad. The value of all my items is a little over 150$. MyUs informed me that I would need to get a shipping label from the seller to get my items shipped back to the seller. The sellers of these items do not do this service. I spent well over 2 hours trying to sort out the situation. Spoke to several different representatives of Myus. On WhatsApp, one representative gave me the logical solution: ship domestically since you cannot get prepaid shipping labels from the sellers. Fine, I paid and proceeded to process the shipping. The next day, myus REVERSED the solution, and now they are blackmailing me into abandoning my items which I refuse to do. This business practice is dishonest and disgusting. Do not do business with these people. Its impossible to get them on the telephone anymore, you could 5-10 years ago. They are pretty much thug scammers with ZERO appreciation for their clients. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
