My case number is [protected]. I have photos of the damage these shoes have caused to my daughters feet and adidas just DOESNT care to arrange the return and refund me. They keep closing off the case . This is their stance to annoy customers hoping we would go away.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent purchase of adidas running shoes. I bought an expensive pair specifically designed for running, expecting them to provide comfort and support during my workouts. Unfortunately, on the very first day of wearing them, I experienced significant damage to my feet, resulting in severe discomfort and the need to consult a doctor.
I am deeply concerned about the quality and design of these shoes. It is unacceptable for a brand like adidas, known for its athletic footwear, to produce a product that causes such harm. As a consumer, I trusted that these shoes would be reliable and safe to use.
Considering the negative impact on my health, I kindly request a refund for this pair of shoes. I have lost faith in adidas and would rather switch to another brand that prioritizes customer satisfaction and foot health.
I have attached photos of the shoes and the injuries they caused to my feet. I also have medical documentation supporting my claims. I hope that you take this matter seriously and address it promptly.
