I purchased this product, used it once, and then cancelled my subscription, uninstalled the program.
I've now been receiving emails saying: "We are writing to you today with a heartfelt apology regarding the recent billing issues you may have experienced due to our previous payment processor, EMSData. We sincerely regret any stress or inconvenience this may have brought upon you. At Advanced System Care Pro, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of customer care and transparency, and this situation did not meet those standards. We have initiated a comprehensive refund process for all payments made during the period we utilized EMSData - specifically, the last six months. We want to assure you that every penny paid during this timeframe will be refunded in full. The refund process commenced on July 22th, 2024, and you can expect to see the funds returned to your account within five days of this date.
I've received these emails for MONTHS. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card to get rid of these people.

Reaching out again to the company, remind them of what you had asked previously and communicate the point clearly on when the reimbursement would be made. There is no hesitation in saying that efforts will be intensified “if the issues the problem remains out in the air…” outside resolution. If they go on heartlessly ignoring your calls then you can request charge backs or reach out to the consumer protection request and report the situation legally. Cut out depending on their customer service numbers and try using email or social media as alternate communication tools.
