6 Mile Buzz Flight Helicopter
Before we left I made the final check to see if it was still going ahead. When I went online at about 10am to check before leaving from Leicester to Blackpool, it said passenger no show for the 24th of October. We were shocked and not happy to read that & we were really worried. I checked my original voucher & it had the correct date, Friday 25th October 2024. We were panicking so I called to find out and the lady I spoke to said that the helicopter ride was on the 24th of October, I said that's not the correct date, she said that she had to check and find out. I was on the phone for a very long time & waiting & she took a while before she came back to me. She confirmed that her colleague had made a mistake on the date on the Boarding Pass and she said that we can go on the helicopter as per the original Boarding Pass. We were not happy at all. It's not very professional to make a serious mistake like that on the boarding pass. We are very disappointed.
The toilets at Hanger 1, where the helicopter ride was taking place were awful, dirty, filthy and very smelly, not hygienic at all. You should have better cleaner facilities when you are paying a lot of money for these kind of experiences.
