new aerosols that don't contain water
I recently bought your new automatic spray air fresher, claiming that they don't contain any water. I placed it on my staircase window and all seemed fine, however on getting up this morning there was an orange puddle on my windowsill. I'm unable to remove a circular stain from my windowsill. I have taken a few photos of the product but unable to attach them. I'm upset and dissatisfied with this product and also more upset about my windowsill.

air wick essential oil warmer and refills
I buy tons of air wick refills, and warmers, and lately the wicks on my refills are completely messed up, and I am unable to use them, and it is a waste of money at this time. I am very disappointed with my purchases, and I would like to know how this situation can be rectified. I have taken pictures of the messed up wicks and if you need me to send them let me know. Out of the last 20 I have purchased at least 10 have been messed up. Please help. Thank you
air wick freshmatic orange and cinnamon
I purchased two cans of this from tescos rose lane barnstaple. One can works the other doesnt. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Its not as if they are cheap. How come one can work and not the other I cannot afford to keep buying them. I would like to know what aurwick is going to do about these cans. I have tried phoning waste of time I have submitted a complaint and told to send the receipt as if one still has a tesco receipt a week or so after the shopping
scented plug in device
I have been using these devices in my kitchen. They are under my cabinets. My granddaughter was over the other day and asked me what that was under the cabinet and the air freshener had taken off all the finish under the cabinet! There is no disclaimer that the freshener can not be used under cabinets, in fact they say that it can be used anywhere that there is a plug. I would like my cabinet refinished underneath where it is bubbled and coming off.

I spend quite a bit of money on these products and all of them when about a week has gone by start to fall out of the plug in unit with the wick completely ruined. And there is barely any liquid gone from the glass container in which the airfreshner fluid is kept. I've had enough of it now and they are not cheap to buy either. Unless something is done about this problem. I won't be buying anymore of your products. This does not happen with the glade plug ins. So what can I expect you to do about this problem airwick.

I have been trying to post my complaint but I keep getting a message telling me I have used a forbidden word that has three letters and begins with the letter a, has the letter s in the middle and the letter s at the end. I have not used that word anywhere in my complaint so I am now unable to complain!

Just to keep Air Wick informed I was contacted by Trading Standards yesterday afternoon regarding the exploding candle, they have asked for the photographic evidence to be forwarded to them for investigation and possible product removal/recall
They were very surprised that a large company such as yourself had not reacted immediately to this serious incident and they advised for the candle not to leave my premises at this point in time as this was evidence if I need to take civil action against your company, therefore I will not be sending this to you by courier at this time, however I would ask that you involve your quality assurance department and ask them to send a representative to visit my home to see the extent of the damage
Trading Standards also challenged why a company such as yourselves would be sending this item all the way to China to be tested when there are perfectly adequate test houses in the UK that could inspect this item promptly and come back with results
As I have stated before this incident does not seem to be being taken seriously by Air Wick and does not appear to have been escalated beyond yourself to a management team/ quality assurance investigation, therefore I would be grateful if you could now escalate this higher please and ask someone from your QA or management team to contact me urgently on [protected] so that this matter can be resolved within the next week
I shall be seeking advice to take civil action if I hear nothing from you

I don't know if anyone has had this problem, but I seem to have an allergic reaction to the new 100% natural air wick air fresheners, all styles. It might be a good idea if someone checked this out to see if the problem is more wide spread, or just me. I find it astounding that an add with a cartoon caricature messing with Christmas tree lights while they are switched on for to sell air wick product can be shown on tv. There was very little thought involved when producing this cartoon, for at this time of year there is always a report of some poor sole struck down dead on the spot through messing with lights that are live. Only two years ago in my local area a young chap of twenty putting up the Chrismas tree and then the lights found they diden`t light up and he left it plugged in while changing a bulb at a time and died that moment leaving his young wife and one year old son who he was trying to set Chrismas for so I believe lifting this add would be the common sense thing to do.

Water instead of air freshener
I went to checkers in norkem park to purchase and airwick air freshner. To my surprise when I got home I could not smell the scent from the aerosol, and thought maybe I was experiencing some nose problems. I tried it for a couple of day an no scent.
I called their help, early in june to let them know. They took my details, address and telephone numbers, together with the batch number of the airwick container. I was told that I should expect a voucher in the post within the next two weeks, depending on my postal service. It's now a month and a half and no voucher.
This is such an inconvenience as I had to go a whole month without airfreshner.

I purchased this from Family Dollar June 3rd and it’s not working tried to get a replacement but they didn’t have any available so nothing could be done I also contacted customer service and was told I would be contacted back and never was tried calling back nobody answered I could be reached at [protected]
Purchased an air wick diffuser. The unit failed to function right out of the box. Despite filing an issue with the company over a non-functional unit. Have received zero support from Air Wick.

I purchased two of these refills from Walmart and plugged them into my Air wick wall socket diffuser adapters (Reckitt Benckiser). After 6 hours (and on the highest setting) I smell NOTHING. One is my in bathroom and one in the bedroom. Both are in the straight up position

I had an air wick plug in in my camper. Remove it and was payed on the counter by my sink and when getting home and unpacking the camper found the liquid in the container leaked out and ate the finish on my counter top not at all happy and would like something done about it the counter top is ruined
I put it on top of my dresser and less then 15 min I came back because I smell something and when I saw the dresser there was the oil spill on my new dresser and got messed up whatever they put in it have to be something really strong to do that type of damage so fast
I brought two of your airwick automatic machines last month and they stop working already tryed changing batteries everything and still nothing this is the first time I have had any problems with your machine, I shouldn’t have to buy anymore not yet anyway.
Today at the Desai pharmacy here in the Bronx NY 10463 near Broadway I purchased an Airwick Essential oils 24/7. After I set it up it did not work at all. It did not spray at all so it just sits there on a table and does not spray. There is not even a way to test it. it was a waste of money.
We purchased several value packs 2 * 280ml summer romance from Macro in Boksburg. Unfortunately all of them had issues where the nozzle doesnt spray properly a mist. the can appear full noting the weight of each can.
I have a case #RB0001937288. No one cares to contact me. The issue is that the product says,up to 120 days.On the lowest setting,it maybe lasts 40 days,that is each bottle. T22313 A4 04:37 Lav 20. So……each one maybe 40 days each………the product states up to 120 days ? I am done with Air Wick. Never will buy Air Wick products……..
