I am a loyal customer who seeks almost all of my healthcare needs at AlAhli Hospital. Recently, however, the pharmacy services have been extremely slow and erratic costing us lots of wait and wasted time. This evening the service was extremely bad, not only during the approval process they made a mistake by not indicating outpatient maternity but only mentioning outpatient which cost us the rejection of the medication and an additional wait of 40 minutes, but the pharmacist Lobna Ahmad refused to help coordinate the correction of the mistake and was so arrogant and ignored us causing us further confusion, delay and bad blood. She knew what needed to be done but was enjoying proudly seing us suffer not getting the required care and resulted in delay of treatement, and putting my pregnant wife at increased stress and suffering which could have been easily dealt with by requesting the hospital internal approval process to correct the mistake. This lack of responsiblity, lack of sympathy, and help of the pharmacist Lobna Ahmed of AlAhli Maternity pharmacy coupled with her arrogance and poor customer care attitude resulting in undue stress and aggravation and treatement delay should be dealt with swiftly as no one would want to seek services in a hospital where instead of receiving due care you leave it in a worse state then when you stepped in. She should questioned for all of the pain she caused us today. Thank you
