Alfa Mall review: I ordered phone under and still its pending even my complaint is not registered

i ordered phone under order number [protected] i was informed in write the my order will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days after so many reminder and update i came to know after 2 weeks that the order is delayed by 30 days as the order is not available, so i cancel my product along with pay the amount which reduced from my alfa CC. and today i came to know my request was for canceling not payment, its out of word thing that poor service and miss communicated stuff, along with incomplete info i have to suffer not only delay and still pending, dont know what to say
anyhow please refund the amount along with canceling of my order on alfa mall.
