Allied International Credit review: Damaging my credit score

I had 2 American Express cards that have been closed for years. Allied was taking payments every month. End of January 2023 they called me to settle. They agreed on the phone to close both accounts. They took the payment for one of the accounts and agreed to call me in the end of February to take the other amount. This did not happen. Instead I kept receing emails and phonecalls shortly after the 1st payment was made.

They apologised for the harrasment and agreed to call me as we agreed, claiming it was their error.

Noone ever contacted me ever since. The account kept showing on my credi score and I tried to close it. Instead Monday 07/08/2023 I woke up and 400+ points were dropped off my credit score! No explanation.

Last week I received a text who was claiming to be called NOC? I took their message as a spam and that I was some kind of fraud, as I did not and not recognise any of the information on that text and I was expting the scammers to either go away or something to happen. But I was not going to click on a random link I recived on an unknown company to me and be a victim of fraud!

Aparently, that company was given my details by Allied to collect the debt for the account that was placed on hold. All this happened against my will, knowegde and agreement.

Also NOC and American Express are to blaim as they realesed information against my consent and gave information to my Credit score provider. American Express is teh company who released that information to Clear Score.

This breaks all kinds of rules. I want my credi score restore and action to be taken against them..

I feel scared, frustraded and exposed! According to them, the alledged debt is for about £250 and they dropped my score by 400 points which I worked hard to built after loosing all my income during covid and had to use a credi card for the first time in my life!

I am setting up a company and this score will make it impossible for me to set my company!
