I have worked at Store 261 going on 9 yrs this August, I am on medical leave now, but this has been going on way before I went on leave. The manager forgets to order, or as she says forgot to subment it, we worked graveyard and up until my leave I have worked very hard, even doing resets and making sure prices were right, because the manager never would. She don't make the morning or afternoon shift do anything, so they just stand around on the phones or talk all shift, they don't great customers when they come in, and a couple employees will even unplug the door bell because they don't like the sound. The Manager won't even order what we need for the store, I have even gone thru the whole store and wrote down everything that we needed and she refused to use my list. I have loved working at 261 and have always taken pride in my job, and no matter what kind of night I was having, always put the customer first and always polite and smiling. But we have lost some customers for not having what they want, including cigs. And tobacco, and because of rude employees. I am on medical leave but I am still employed there and I still care about the store and the customers, so I still go up there to get things and to check in on the store, and it is still being run the same, and still not looking good, and the shelves and hot box not having what they should have, which breaks my heart, because this store I believe can really succeed, if it had the proper management to run it and lead by example so that other employees would work to, instead of just showing up for the pay check. I like Sandra as a person, but not as a manager. Mary Dillingham
Desired outcome: New Management, and employees to work and not leave everything to the graveyard shift.
