I booked a taxi to go to work, my first day. I didn't know the place as it was assigned by an agency.
I needed to be on time, it was raining heavily and I have n ear problem so I haven't take care from the rain and wind.
Taxi pick me on time, I provided the right postcode when I booked and told the driver that I never been there. After few minutes he stopped and told me it was next door, I has to walk 10 seconds,and left me under the rain. He charged me £6.40 I paid cash. Then I realised it was mot the place I gad to walk surroundings and ask every person I luckily see walking in the street under the rain. My Google maps showd I wad 18 minutes far walking, I called Alpha taxis and they just apologised. I was on the place 32 minutes after the taxi left me in the middle of nowhere under the heavy rain.
I have proof of payment and the terrible experience I had, needed to walk under the rain with my ear on pain.
After this I called Alpha explained the situation and booked a taxi to pick me in the job to take me home. It was 17 minutes later and I haven't re any feedback or information about the taxi, so I had to cancel the service and find the way to come back by bus.
I request my money back.
