I am writing this complaint because after today 11/14/23 regarding my 2020 Anchor repabe. I am a tenant,85 years old and visually impaired. Last year I received the Anchor rebate and I have the latter stating if nothing has changed regarding my direct deposit information there is nothing I hae to do. Every person I know around me has received their rebate, I never received any form of information this year and I called the hotline today, 2 hours on the phone listening to music, two different peple asking for the same information, name, address and ss number. I even received a confirmation number for Senior Services and they didn't even want it. They told me that my information had to be updated, which I do not understand and could give me absolutely no information as to when I could expect this rebate, I am a tenant. They also informed me I would get a physical check where last year it was direct deposit and nothin has changed. i don't drive, can't get to the bank and this is the worst inconvenience ever for an elderly person. I wonder Jacqueline Harms if someone could contact me and assure me what exactly they have to do. She said it could be after the first of the year before I even get this rebate.
