Around 8pm on 05/03/2020 my wife attended the store in Burwood to purchase dinner for our family including myself, when she returned home we realised that my meal was missing. I then rang and explained the issue and and d that we could not find the receipt, and was told over the phone that it's no problem just return to the store and my meal would be replaced. I returned to the store and drove through the drive through, after explaining my situation and why I was there, and was immediately told that I had to process a receipt. Explaining what had happened and what I'd been told by one of their staff members, I was then asked to ring my wife, have her take a photo of the receipt and send it to my phone they Ould see it, a rather timely process, assuming wife could find receipt, and with a large line of waiting costumers lining up behind me, feeling under pressure and being made to look and feel like a criminal trying to scam a free meal, I just left and returned home without my dinner, which was a large double whopper with cheese meal. Medium loaded fries and a cheesy cheese burger, and large drink, , I'm writing to complain about this incident, because that was the second time a similar thing has happened, around a month ago it happened too. Costing me and my daughter our meals, all up with time and costs, including petrol I feel I'm out of pocket around $60, I want this problem solved and my money refunded, thankyou. Keiran Thomsen
