Hi, I'm sending an email to whom it may concern about the south Rockhampton hungry jacks in Qld. 2 incidence have occurred on the 21st of June 2020 at about 5:30 I went through the drive through and ordered 4 meals 2 kids and 2 adult meals, they told me to go wait in the parking bay so I did how ever we waited in the bay for almost 30 minutes with no meal (the place was not busy at the time) so when I went In to collect they made it and gave it to me but the order was incorrect and so I asked for it to be made again correctly and the manager spoke to me very badly.

2nd incident 5th July 2020 at about 9 am we went through the drive through and waited for 25 minutes to get to the window with only 1 car infront of us, when we got to the window they gave us the meals, 1 meal was missing, so I asked for it and she gave me another bag, I drive out and look and the burger is wrong not even what I ordered so I go back and walk inside this time and as for my correct burger and cop abuse from the same manager as the first incident and I requested a fresh correct burger and my money back, I got a full refund after fighting for it but had to still pay to get the correct burger made for me. This is total [censored] and I should not have been abused for my Order being incorrect 3 times and spending a total of 38 minutes at hungry jacks just for a quick meal. Since this has happened to me 2 times now I am expecting something be done about it or I'll never shop there again and I'll happily tell others of my experience to prevent it from happing to friends and family as the manager seems to abuse anyone to confronts her. Really not happy!

I would like to put a complaint forward as a worker here at hungry jacks. I do feel like this is a serious misconduct in our restaurant. Our restaurant manager michael had knowledge of one of our duty managers brittany having illegal drugs in the premises of hungry jacks (dropped from this managers bag on the floor near our kitchen) and has let it go due to the friendship they pursue. I do feel this is very unfair.
Our restaurant manager michael also has knowledge of one of the crew members travis in the burger room coming to work on illegal drugs and has put different staff members lives on the line due to his actions in the burger room. The police has been called as he has turned violent on drugs while working.

I would like to see a investigation done on this as our work place is becoming unsafe more and more each day due to this restaurant manager and hes work ethics.
