We drove 45 mins to Tralagon for breakfast myself47 and 3 boys under 8yo.
We ordered at 10:46 am and there was only 3 cars in park. we ordered $48.70 worth of food (got 3 hunger tamers (one that they couldn't exchange ice cream so I said leave it) they chanted extra for Sunday's)
After waiting for 5 mins, we got order drove 3 blocks to eat at the park. On first bite the boys said chips were cold, as mine too. The burgers and nuggets were the same.
After a few mouthfuls I could not eat it and I rang the store. A young girl answered and I told her about the cold food. She was talking to the manager (I could hear him yelling in background) he stated that he had made the order and there was nothing wrong with it. She proceeds to tell me this and I stated again we can't eat it as its cold and not nice. She said bring it back in and exchange it, I said it's half eaten as boys were starving? She said they can't do nothing about it. I asked to speak to manager, he was yelling at her to sort it out and I asked again to speak to him, she said he was busy. I asked her for his (managers name so I could report to head office) she said his name was Shane and when I asked for his last name, she hung up the phone.
We drove home feeling sick and unhappy.
I have never had a problem with this store, and food has always been excellent..
Please investigate this it all should be recorded, my order number is 63 today 3/10/21
Desired outcome: Displinatiry action for poor management , customer service and refund or replacement for food.A apology would be beneficial but not neccassery
