Caltex Apollo Bay is 16hours store (6am - 10pm). There are two people working there 7days, 8 hours per person and they are on student visa who has rights to work 20hours a week and pay is $21.15 per hour.
These two people are working 8hours a day and 7days a week and 56hours a week and also getting pay $15 per hour and also getting payslip as they are working 20hours a week and paying legal pay.
They will argue as they are working legally.
