Ordered a pair of S 175 Sennheiser Wireless Headphones on 27 July 2019 was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive but did not arrive when I enquired where it was they rang up the supplier who said it had been sent they checked to the warehouse at Albany and I was told it was not there. I was then told it would be there the following week.. that also never happened then I was told they did not order it untill the 31st of July but was told again it would be there in the next two weeks but that also this did not happen this time on the 23 August they told me they had been stock taking and the Startrack Courier had delivered to the Albany Store but the store had refused to take it due to the Stock take so I asked where it was and the reply was some where between Albany and Perth. I then told the sales man he was the one who served me he told me it was not him but a look a like I said well you should I bought a Smart TV off you the week before I put the order for the headphones in. This is pretty bad customer service has everyone just seems to pass the buck... so still none wiser to when these will turn up very quick on taking deposit but very slow on delivery... Glad I only paid deposit as I might want a refund soon.
