Belif didnt send me what I bought at all and will not respond to several attempts at reaching out over weeks and months of begging to be helped. They still have my money and I still have nothing. This was in July and now its almost December. Insane. Having to go thru my PayPal now in hopes of getting a refund. I have loved this brand for so many years and this extremenly disappointing and frustrating issue has left quite a sour taste in regards to Belif as a brand. I'm just pivoting to other brands like Naturium, Ixora Beauty, and the Inkey List. SO bummed and disappointed. I am honestly not planning on purchasing from this brand again. If I actually got what I ordered along with the refund, I would respect that attempts to genuinely rectify this, but not required since it seems keeping and caring about customers may not be an priority for this company. Based on this experience, I don't imagine anyone would care whether I, or anyone, have a good experience or not. Over the years, i've spent thousands and thousands on belif products for the past decade and it seems that period may have just come to an end.
Claimed loss: $79.90 + the value of the discount i was getting based on my items ordered and coupon code, was worth over $35 more
Desired outcome: my money back + apology as to why I was ignored for months. my desire is for a full/complete refund and apology/explanation, but if they actually attempt to right this wrong I would like what I have asked for and the products
