Emails Sent : 12 Phone Calls : *** Number of Return requests within 30 days : 2 I bought a bike kit from Bikeberry on April 20. The bike didn't arrive until May 2. I was not given any updates on the shipping, I had to call in for that. I began the build using their provided guide, which was not the same kit. There were discrepancies between the video and the kit that didn't provide me enough information. I was finally sent the proper walkthrough for the carb install, which I completed. All the mounting hardware in the video was not what was sent in the kit. I sent a total of 12 emails for support, 3 of which were for a refund (1 was after the 30 days) and I was only met with more troubleshooting. I believe that is their gimmick; troubleshoot until it's past 30 days so they don't have to refund. Terrible experience with support and the entire build process. Seeking a refund of the product, will return bike to their warehouse.

I purchased an E-bike conversion kit through this company and the battery was not included
I purchased an E-bike conversion kit through this company and the battery was not included. When i inquired about the missing battery they stated that the kit does not include the battery and that it is an optional buy.No where on this page does it list that the battery is not included. In fact it states that the battery is included multiple times in the page. This company tries to scam buyers buy listing it with the battery but puts optional in front of the battery and claim ignorance and say the battery is in fact not part of the kit. They fully realize how confusing this is and yet they still leave it as it. I included a screenshot of the company responding to a customer in which the response has a link to a URL page which the customer representative states includes the battery. Order #BB-278208 for Gigabyke for $1,099.95 From the first moment I tested the bike, the front brake caliper was sticking to the brake pad, which made the front wheel very hard to turn. I emailed them as soon as I got home to let them know about the front brake calipers. They emailed me telling me how to realign it. I tried their methods about nine times and it was clear that the caliper was defective.On 8/19 they told me they would send a replacement set of calipers.As of 1-26-22 they have not shipped the calipers or provided any date of shipment.On 1-24-22 I requested that they *** me a refund.On 1-25-22 they refused.Five months and one week is far too long to wait for a replacement. I purchased that bike to be able to use it, and it is not usable as intended nor has it been ever since I first bought it nine months and one week ago. Bikeberry has failed to provide a properly functioning electric bike, and they have failed to uphold their warranty.

I received a order processing email for order bb *** has been confirmed. Then the wait begins. Next I contact on jun 29th asking whats going on the answer oh we are out of stock would you like an in stock color? I agree to an orange one. They send anther confirmation saying we are working on the order then nothing. *** stock item. Their website by the way still shows green and blue in stock orange and black out of stock. They are just using this slow communication to buy them time. They post a 1 day shipping on stock items total lie. I need the bike to use with a local Boy Scout troop we are trying to do a merit badge but I have had to cancel because I dont have the bike thanks

I paid $1159 to Bikeberry.com and they sent me a damaged electronic bicycle. They do not want to replace and are giving me the run around through their warranty department. First they sent me an email saying my bike is not available and that it will be late. So I asked them to cancel it. But they lied and said we can't because it has been shipped. How is it shipped and late? You can't be a "little pregnant." You are either pregnant or you are not. The bike is either shipped, or it is not...which means you can refund me the payment. Why else would they keep my money. Second, when the bike did arrive, it arrived damaged. When I asked for the bike to be replaced, they said this is a warranty issue because the bike has been delivered. However, they are wrong. They never delivered me a working a bike. I also have back issues and cannot life the bike to take pictures and check each and every part so I can submit to their warranty department. This is a dishonorable company.

May 6 is the date of purchase.Purchased item for $280.10 The nature of the complaint is a headache. I order a mountain bike for BikeBerry.com.First the package came damaged with a hole on the side, spilling out the bike parts needed to install the seat and etc. I'm not too sure what other contents where in the part box. This is my first bike purchase requiring the bike to be put together.I've reached out to the company. Due to poor customer service, they don't want to refund my money and have stop replying to my emails. They wanted me to pay back shipping costs plus restocking. WTF is wrong with company?!?! They are reluctant to resolve my issue. Not even sending a compete part box to compensate the troubles. I have high anxiety and Adult Behavioral Issues, this company did not make anything easier. They left my screaming and breaking s*** It felt like I had to check into the hospital again, I was about to have another meltdown. This company verified my hate for people.

I bought a motor kit from bikeberry back in April
I bought a motor kit from bikeberry back in April. *** did not send all of the parts that I paid for with the original order. They also sent a case that had crankshaft seal leaks which caused it to run lean and burn up cylinders repeatedly. The motor has never run right and now it does not run at all. I have put a lot of my money into it even though I am homeless. It still does not run. I have repeatedly tried to get the warranty covered and the company does not answer emails or phone calls from me anymore. The motor is still under warranty until october. I have decided to buy a new motor from a different company because I cannot get this company to supply a running motor under the warranty that I purchased. #bb275351 is my.order #... *** reported to the Attorney general's office that my motor did not run because I need a minimal knowledge of mechanics mechanical skills. I bought a bike frame and rim set from BikeBerry. When I made the purchase the website ships middle of April this was on April 14th, I contacted them on the 17th to ask for an estimated ship date never received I emailed them several times asking for an estimated ship date never received on I got a little frustrated with them and sent them several emails expressing my contempt for their lack of ability to provide me with information. I finally had to get different less expensive rims so they could complete their order. I was not credited the 10 dollar difference instead they "waived" it (whatever that means). The rims I received were unusable as sent I had to make modifications to them to get them to work no biggie just the principle, The frame how ever was not as described and I have had to buy several parts to try to assemble this frame that were supposed to be included on the frame or at least that is what was advertised. So far I have had to spend $30 on parts that were supposed to
