I traded my car for 1 of theirs and like the previous complainant was dealt with by Ross
The first lie he will tell you is "I am a man of my word" I took their vehicle for an independent appraisal after purchase and was horrified by the list of faults. I contacted Ross who said he would sort it out (another lie). The list was so sever I wanted to return the vehicle and get a refund which Ross agreed to but said he would have to clear it with his partner and couldn't deal with it right away because he was ill.
A stalling tactic because he said later they wouldn't take the vehicle back.
Remedial repairs for the vehicle would cost in excess of £800 for parts plus labour and all they would only offer £400 after a lot of badgering ( I had to make all the phone calls not one from Ross or Blackrock if indeed the partner exists) for a quiet life I took their money and sold the vehicle on at a £1700 loss.
This business needs to fail and stop ripping people off.
DO NOT TRUST ROSS HE WILL LET YOU DOWN
Same thing happened to me, this man is deceptive, he will say anything to make you pity him, he comes across as nice but this is a cover up, he is the the Delboy of Watford...avoid this dodge pot dealer Ross Noonan.
Barry Jingles of Staines? A freshly made up load of nonsense that does not contain a grain of truth.
Why are you putting up fake names Ross, just stop being immature, grow up and face up to what you have done. You cannot keep hiding behind pseudo names
, we all know that Bill Cariber, Molly Soden and Billy Liar are all you or your friends...actually I take that back as its probably just you, how could you have any friends...anyway I hope you are happy while it lasts.
I purchased a BMW X5 from Ross at Blackrock Motors 3 years ago and to date I have had no problems with the car at all. I found him to be a very honest and sincere chap which I found most refreshing. Barry Jingles story sounds like a load of bitter lies by someone who should not be left alone without an adult to supervise their every move.
Taken for a mug of Stowmarket…..Next time you go to buy a car take your Dad with you.
