I assumed the webpage was legit and placed an order on 15 April 2020. I was happy my order was being shipped and then it came to my realization that they have shipped it to the wrong address which happens to be Auckland whereas I stay in the middle east. I tried contacting customer support and they kept turning me down that it was shipped to the right address. And it delivered in a few days. The CS team tells me, its shipped to the correct address. So, to verify I reached china post and I find out that they have scammed and given me the wrong shipping number to give me the idea that my order was delivered in a wrong country. Then, to confirm, I came in contact with westgate postal delivery and they too did mention the address mentioned on the parcel was Auckland too.
I am shocked everyone experienced the same thing while i did not.do.enough research while still paid for.it!

I ordered a bed in blue biggy. I placed my order in June and still I haven’t received any proper response from them nor able to cancel and get the money refunded.
This app is simply waste. They are just taking the money and no customer response
I also ordered a dog bed and to date still have not received it, they give me a ticket number and excuses time and time again but still no bed! I have documented all the history and correspondence and nothing! They acknowledged there was a delay and kept asking me to give them plenty of time. It’s now over 8 months LOL
Buyer beware ! I have written off the money I paid for this bed. It’s lost!
