Blue Care Network's customer service has been so difficult to use this past year. In about 6 months, I have had to call over 20 times about similar issues because they are not resolved. Records are not well kept about the issue, so each person keeps starting from the beginning. Many of the people I spoke with were not friendly, and some of them had no idea about the issues I was talking about--no training in the area. I even had to change my phone plan because it would take so long for them to figure things out. It's been such a headache dealing with customer service, which is really too bad because my coverage has been pretty great with them. If I have a choice in the future, I won't use BCN as a result of my poor experience.
