We arrived at greenacers Porthmadog wake on the 25 th of august , our caravan was very dirty food on the walls blood on bedroom walls dirt in the freezer rubbish on sofa hairs In cutlery drawers paper hanging off and worst of all Mould under the freezer and in the bathroom and toilet! I called reception and asked them to clean it as it was clearly not done they said they would get to it when they could and that was it no apologies. We got ready to go out for food as the van was disgusting so I was so upset I wanted to go show the staff the photos of the van . I asked to see a manager and we was introduced to a staff member called Louise? She was not interested said it would be cleaned at some point but they was busy and she said I can’t move you I have nothing u can have a refund and go home ! This was not a resolution! We went out and came back about 8 it had only just been half cleaned!
The next day we could see all the mould I called the call center and they put me through to the receptionist again they wasn’t interested at all they came and cleared it later that day not apologies I told them my son had allergies to mould they did not care . She said fill a fourm in when u get home !’ I have sent photos several times and spoken to a few different people and I got a response this afternoon after getting home in response to a review they asked me to fill out . This is not acceptable at all . I would like you to review this complaint as we have been treated horrendously.
