I need an email to complain...

I booked and paid for this on behalf of my Aunt and Uncle to come and stay for my Daughters wedding tomorrow 5th of October.

When I booked this initially I had asked not to be put under trees, they said I need to come nearer the time and tell the office which i had done.

I rang head office and went into rockley reception twice to be assured that we would not get under trees.

When we arrived we were under 4 trees and my Aunt was struggling to breath.

I went to reception to be told I have to wait until 6pm to see if there was clearing, we waited till 5.30 then my Uncle whose 78 and had just drove 200 miles from Kent to be here had to book into travel lodge for 1 night.

On calling back to Rockley they said they would contact me and to keep the key to 5he old place until they find us somewhere.

Day 2 my Aunt and Uncle had to book into another travel lodge just so they had somewhere to go and Rockley said there's going to be no other lodges available.

My Aunt has angina and had an attack and we have calmed her down with anxiety medicine enough to get her home to Kent as its cost £300.00 for 2nights in travel lodge, they have had t9 buy food out instead of cooking and they are going to miss their great nieces Wedding tomorrow at Rhinefield House Hotel as the stress gas caused her to get really ill with her angina.

I still have the Key, the unit hadn't been used and I would like a refund due to the fact my Aunt has had to travel back 200 miles.

I am beyond disgusted at the treatment from Reception at Rockley and head office and I plan on taking legal advice.

On going home Monday after being told there were no other lodges I found this one... Sunflower, which was on your website the same time both head office and rockley said there wasn't.

The extra expenses and trauma this has caused my Aunt to have a heart attack is disgusting how you treat people like this.

I had actually tried to go with private owners on Tuesday but their prices were too high...

Reception do not give two hoots and neither does head office.
