I'm disappointed with the service received from the company. I don't have electricity and its been 5 day without resolution. I have through all my food out and spent money to buy food daily. I have a two months old baby and in this wet and cold weather without any electricity. These people have no humanity. I regret any dealings with them. They really have bad service. All I'm asking is for the electricity to be fixed.
It is up to the owner to give us permission to fix but 80 % of the time it is our tenants that don't look after the places. If it is not the tenants fault we do a qoute and send it to the owner for approval but we don't always get pernmission to go ahead
