I have been playing Buffalo Studios Bingo Blitz for couple of years. I had a lot of credits and etc. Once I log into the game and the window popped up. It showed that I could claim for free prize. I claimed and all my credits and other stuff simply vanished somewhere. I tried to reach the moderators, but no one replied. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Ceaser a casino took over and they are very blatant about being all about money! They have turned a great game into a money pit! I hage 6 tickets in so called support right now for over 2 months and not one live response! We have a boycott happening on dec 1st because after turning in our signatures and complaints basically they dont care or value their customers! It is not a free game anymore if you want to complete rooms or bingo for that matter. They at most give 100 credits every 24 hours with cards costing 64 credits to play so you cant even play 2 times a day. Thats ridiculous as the other bingo games I play give you way more and it doesn't take months to compoete collections. We dont want it to be too easy just fair. You will not be allowed to express your opinion on the fan page as I was banned from commenting because I had a different opinion, which by the way I used no foul language. So yea this company has taken all the fun out of this game as alot of elderly, disabled, and low income households like myself cannot afford to pay their ridiculous prices just because they are filing bankruptcy. Give us our game back! Why fix something that isn't broken unless you have an ulterior motive? ?

I too have had several issues and have submitted "tickets" to their customer support email I have been asked for receipts and provided them only to be told they didn't prove I purchased credits and never received them. I really enjoy the people I've met through this game but one of my new years resolutions is to delete the app because this company is not about sportsmanship and friendships they are only out for the almighty dollar I truly hope, if this class action lawsuit has already happened, you son and if it hasn't, please feel free to contact me I'd like to sign up! I am an E!it's player, I have recorded many games while playing just 2months, . They use pop-ups so, . Special players get the good face cards. They know you need a card so they either charge you for them. When I have extra cards they ask for coins to take them, which is way...greedy, when I paid for them! Players in the rooms cut and paste ! But the real problem is that they had a level up challenge, . So I leveled up, while playing a seasonal room, I got to the last card, . Leveled up and then they raised the price 50%! I took screenshots of all the slots that should have paid, after much time bingo blitz said they can't do anything about in slot actions! I f it's going to cost them, well you just don't receive it. Or the game Freeze's! I spent time and they offered me a face card, 35% of the time. They are pretty legit when international players are there. But why am an elite and they won't help update game! Kicker! I went to Catalina room as playing, . THEY CLOSED THE ROOM! By my calculations, they owe me 57, 000 + coins and 310 credits plus all the rewards I don't receive! Is that anyway to do business? I worked real hard, made friends, I am requesting my due now!you must have lots of complaints, won't take my name
