I ordered a White Japanese Wisteria on 06 April 2021. Order #Yhst-132933198139682 for $30.21. A month later it still hadn't shipped. So I contacted them and asked if they would check on the status of my order, but received no reply. I text the number provided on their website and asked for the status of my order and they did not reply to that either. on 21 May I sent a 3rd request asking for a refund, to which I received an email saying they would refund my money that day. It is now 31 May and they have yet to refund me.

Same problem. Have been putting me off since May 7, 2021 when I ordered 3 White Hardy Hibiscus for over $100.00 and still not receiving the product. We have gone back and forth on emails. They kept promising to refund and/or send plants. Finally sent me three plants in August, 2 dead on arrival and the 3rd. was dead by the next morning. Looked nothing like a Hibiscus. They were pitiful looking and I took pictures of them immediately and sent a text message with pictures asking for refund. I filled a complaint with the local BBB for their area. Found though they were not a member they had a D+ rating! Today I texted again because no refund in my account and they claimed it had been sent and wait till Monday or Tuesday to check my account. Put off for a little more but I am not letting this go.

I had a similar problem. In communicating with the company...a REAL PERSON I might add, thanks to Covid, just like everywhere else, life was disrupted for us all. Then they had a medical crisis in their immediate family that was devastating to them. I had 3 siblings going thru chemo, experimental infusions and inoperable cancer at the time, so I understood. I said I would pray for their loved one and them to get though it.

I just wrote my order off and thought I will never order online again.

All of a sudden, there it was, my Rainbow Plumeria I had ordered in August. My hands shook and it was like a kid at Christmas...that little plant gave me such joy.

911 taught us how fast our little worlds can change. Then covid. I hope BulbsnBlooms can get caught up and make your day brighter also.
