Stay away from BuyerZone.com. BuyerZone.com claims to provide fresh sales leads for various industries, but the leads we received from them were completely useless. Out of the first twenty-five (25) or so leads we received from BuyerZone.com, we were only able to make contact with one (1) prospect. I don't mean that we were able to close on one prospect. We were only able to initiate any discussion with one prospect. We paid $18.00 per lead, and our product is only $300 - $500, so you do the math on how well that worked out.

This was not due to lack of effort on our part. We contacted the leads BuyerZone.com provided immediately by phone and e-mail, and we followed up religiously. The leads were just completely non-responsive. We only ever talked to the one (1) prospect. The rest were dead leads.

After realizing that we were wasting an inordinate amount of time chasing these unresponsive leads from BuyerZone.com, I tried to cancel. However, I was not able to, because they have a 90-day minimum contract to even use their program. We had to pay an additional $468.00 for leads that we continued to receive well after I tried to cancel BuyerZone.com.

Be forwarned: If you are considering BuyerZone.com, be very wary of the 90-day minimum contract. When you discover the leads don't work for you, you are still locked in for at least three (3) months.

In addition, we had a problem logging into our account after we first signed up. I had to contact the BuyerZone.com 'support' five (5) times by phone or e-mail before they fixed the problem.

I recommend that sales professionals look elsewhere for their leads. There are a lot of other lead generation companies online that DO work well. Stay away from BuyerZone.com though.

Buyerzone also say that only 6 suppliers are allowed in any one category. You'd be amazed how many times potential clients say that they've been contacted by multiple vendors and no longer want the service. This can only mean that Buyerzone are selling the leads on to more than 6 suppliers or that a supplier is re-selling the leads on. Of course, Buyerzone always insist that nothing is wrong with their system and continue to feed you a bunch of bull.

We just signed up and it was a HUGE mistake. Buyerzone says it only sends to 6 of your competitors but EVERYONE we reach say they wish they had never gone to the site and that their inboxs are now full from companies attacking them. We too found out that we were locked in for 90 days. The worst part is that they told me I would have to call back and cancel after that period had elapsed. There goal is that I will forget and they will continue to charge us. I repeatedly asked to cancel 20 days in and just charge me the full amount and stop sending me these horrible leads but I was told that was not possible. BUYER BEWARE!

Buyerzone has sent us about ten leads. Most we never were able to make contact with. The two we did make contact with were just wanting pricing and had no intention of buying anything. The two we contacted also said that they were receiving calls from as far away as California, we are in Missouri. We were given two credits because the phones were disconnected and the email addresses were fake.

DON'T waste your money.

I understand the BuyerZone forwards to the suppliers the contact info of the prospective buyers which they entered it in their online questionnary. When you deal with online info request you should always assume possibility of unreachable customers. How can you fault for this a company that hosts a questionnary and forwards the info requests to you?

all i know is that i work for a collection agency and i have and still recieve the leads for bz. and let me tell you what the compitition does... they will go on bz and act like they are a lead and then you send all of the info to them and they take your sales pitch and all of your info and use it. we told bz about it and they do not care. all they care about is getting the 18 bucks for leads. but what i am trying to say is that we still make money off of them but they really need to improve the work bad. get it together BZ!

BuyerZone.com is a total sleeze bag company, I used them shortly and the quality was terrible. I then met someone that is a product manager there and they said the founder is an idiot and that they have had 4 years of negative growth. My experience was - they don't really care about how well your business does, they just care about getting your lead fees.

I used a collection agency I found throughBuyer Zone. Nick Mitsakos with Legal Investigations Group. He collected the money from my customer an then never paid me.
I was very disappointed that Buyer Zone did not make a better effort to screen companies they recomend. It looks like that is their typical Method of Operation. I tried to contact them but they never bother replying.
I wouldn't use them again for ANYTHING.

What other lead generation company would you recommend? We are an exhibits company, build exhibits for tradeshows and don't have time to search for new prospects. Thanks in advance.

I use BuyerZone, had in the past and am now with their service again. They are excellent to work with as a company. The leads I have received have valid contact information and I've closed several leads. The key is to have a solid program in place to handle leads from the moment you receive it until sold or dead. There are leads I cannot reach for whatever reason but for the dollar value that I have closed (and the prospects I have been introduced to) it is well worth the price.

The dead leads these guys offer and the generic computer answered voicemail boxes you are routed into is an obvious scam with little to no credit back is criminal. Why isn't a local or federal agency doing anything about this!

I got enrolled with BUTYER ZONE for 3 months, their leads were not from serious buyers, 95% of them were unreachable and the worst part of it is that I noticed it right away and I tried to stop it they were not helpful at all, I do not recommend them

There are many household name brands that use BuyerZone for lead generation. These clients spend anywhere from $10k-$50k + a month on leads ($250k + a year) and they continue doing so year after year? Leads me to believe that they must be seeing a return on investment? Remember these clients are public companies that operate lean scrutinizing every expenditure, they're not the federal government. The small businesses that join are on a shoestring budget expecting miracles overnight. They can't afford to wait a month or two for a couple of leads to convert into new clients, they'll be out of business. If you think buying leads is bad try buying clicks on the major search engines for $5, $10, $15 +! I'd rather have a name and a phone number than a click. Make sure you have realistic expectations going in and you'll be much happier than the users that left negative reviews.

Come on the guy above is clearly the founder or some idiot ### working at bz... yeah

Nice try slick, only problem is that means nothing. Just like your company (BZ) has had negative growth the last 4 years. You guys most likely are not even profitable. Growth means nothing, many company spend a ton of money (household companies) on advertising and lose money with it. Plenty of CEO's making mistakes losing money. Just because walmart does something doesnt mean its correct. Atleast put your name on your comments BZ, dont try to educate anyone here, go educate your terrible company.

If you think buying leads is bad try buying clicks on the major search engines for $5, $10, $15 +... ok drum roll everyone, want to see how they generate them...
