C & N Imaging Products cc review: Product and services

To: The Owner/Manager of C & N Imaging products cc

Attached is a tax invoiced for 1 x canon (fx 10) black
Amount R1363, 30 which was a special in December 2015 that we purchased to test it

One of your lady consultants/employee allegedly by the name of "Sonja" called us today 05/02/2016 saying that she needs to deliver the rest of the cartridges because C & N imaging products cc ONLY sells in bulk and of course we need to pay for it

We are highly confused and extremely upset about this because:
1. The terms and conditions was not explained, neither attached to the tax invoice
2. The consultant who phoned us in December trying the sell the product never said anything about buying in
Bulk - this might have been the same employee that phoned us today
3. We have purchased the product to test it
4. Your consultant/employee that phoned us today 05/02/2016 allegedly by the name of
"Sonja" threatened to black list our company because we don't want to buy the rest of the products
5. She was rude and kept on phoning back threatening us with legal rights and that she will go to the police because we don't want to pay... for something that we did not agreed too
