Dollarama - Bad customer service

Went inside today 11/11/21 at 11 am was the most terrible service I have experienced with the girl in the front I was the only customer waiting for her to serve me will she's doing something else then throw the change at me because I told her I had to wait and she's slow .
Then I asked for the managed a dude showed right away and asked WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU . I asked who are you because he had no uniform and replied MANAGER
I explained and he replied I will deal with it

Desired outcome: to stop that from happening again

Dollarama - rude sales representative

I'm writing to complain about a service I recently received from Dollaroma ( 232 8th Avenue SW Calgary AB) customer Service representative ( middle aged, Filipina). I tried to ask her name but the cashier seemed to be covering her colleague's identity.

I came in the shop to look for a mouse trap, please note that this is my first time to buy such thing and haven't seen anything before. Been roaming around the shelves each corner but ended up picking some stuff. As i keep going, saw a sales representative along the aisle and asked her in a very low tone in our dialect "hi po, asan po dto yong para sa mouse trap?" In english hi there, do you know where's the mouse trap located?" She just stared at me for a while and told me angrily it's in the end of aisle. I was shocked to hear it from a sales lady who doesn't seem to have patience in dealing with customers. I tried checking all the corners and aisle but I failed to locate it as I haven't seen one before. It's very difficult as everything is in small labels. I came across another salesman and he said it's probably on the 3rd aisle and he seems more nice than the Filipina. I went back to where the Filipina is to confirm the location of the item BUT SURPRISINGLY GOT THE WORST RESPONSE FROM THE FILIPINA SALES LADY. Asked her in low tone again, "hi, asan po ulit yong mouse trap? Sorry po" (Hi, sorry about this, where was the mouse trap again?). And this was her response, rolled her eyes at me and said in a more aggressive tone " OH MY GOD!, nan diyan oh!" ( it's there!). I was terrified and shocked and I couldn't contain my emotions and just told her I was sorry.
I understand that everyone has stressors in life, but to bring your anger while at work seems not right. Everyone needs to be respected irregardless of nationality. I believe that she's in the wrong kind of career. She shouldn't be in the customer service related jobs at all. I've met their staff at that branch often and they were all nice and this is the first time meeting this RUDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. I hope this complaint could reach her and she shouldn't be doing it to others in the future.
