Good Day, After a suboptimal customer service experience in 2016, my husband and I decided to give Leon's Calgary another chance. Only to be disappointed with another disheartening experience. Now we are stuck with a mattress because the customer care and sales associate refuse to honor the 90 day sleep guarantee. We will not be shopping at Leon's again. We haven't slept well in over a month. And we will ensure to share the experiences with our friends and family.
