I went to this Tim Horton's today with my wife and I made a fairly simple order. As I drive me vehicle up to the window to pull the bill and get my food. I noticed there was a wrap in my bag witch I did not order and they where missing my food. So I pointed it out to a lady that works there with all respect possible by the name of rohgul. And I would like to apologize for what I am about to say in advance, once I told her she flipped me off with major attitude and disrespect. To be completely transparent to whom this may concern I gave the equal attitude right back. Then she insisted on not fixing it saying that I was wrong. Number one rule that every business may know is that the customer is always right and she completely voided that fact. Once I got her to get my food she told me to (f**k off and drive away). So I asked for her name and she pointed to her name tag and said ("you can frickin read can't you") and I explicitly told her that I was going to be writing this review and I hope that upper management is going to look further into this because yes at the end of the day I am one out of billions of customer but I am a loyal customer and no human deserves to have the food that they've payed for thrown in their face. And no multi billion company deserves to have one employee ruin my views of this corporation.
